一种与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息的传输方法, 包括:
接收接入点 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息;
将所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息发送给网络侧的移动通信系 统进行存储, 以便于所述移动通信系统接收到呼叫所述用户的移动终端的 呼叫信息后根据存储的与所述用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼叫所述用 户。
一种接入网关 AG , 包括: 信息接收模块, 用于接收接入点 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位 置信息;
信息发送模块, 用于将所述信息接收模块所接收到的所述与用户的移 动终端对应的位置信息发送给网络侧的移动通信系统进行存储, 以便于所 述移动通信系统接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息后根据存储的所述
AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼叫所述用户。 由上述本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例通过 AG将 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息上报给网络侧的移动通 信系统, 从而可以使网络侧的移动通信系统在收到呼叫用户的移动终端的 呼叫信息后, 直接根据存储的接入网关 AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的 位置信息呼叫所述用户从而,不需要依赖 PLMN的网絡覆盖对用户移动终端 进行定位, 并且对用户定位更为简单准确。 附图说明

图 5为本发明实施例提供的一种接入网关 AG的具体实现结构图。 具体实 IS ^式 为便于对本发明实施例的理解, 下面将结合附图以几个具体实施例为 例做进一步的解释说明, 且各个实施例并不构成对本发明实施例的限定。 该实施例适用于在客户端侧部署 AP ( Access Point, 接入点) , 在网 络侧部署 AG ( Access G ateway , 接入网关) 和移动通信系统的应用场景, 该实施例提供的一种根据用户的位置信息给用户提供呼叫业务的方法的处 理流程如图 1 Α所示, 包括如下处理步骤: 步骤 11、 AP获取进入或者离开客户端侧的企业的办公区域的用户的移 动终端对应的位置信息, 并发送给网络侧中的 AG。
步骤 12、 AG将 AP传输过来的上述移动终端对应的位置信息传输给网络 侧的移动通信系统。 步骤 11、 移动通信系统接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息。
具体的, 移动通信系统在接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息之前, 需要 AP先获取进入或者离开客户端侧的办公区域, 即企业的办公区域的用 户的移动终端对应的位置信息并发送给网络侧中的 AG , 然后所述 AG将 AP 传输过来的上述移动终端对应的位置信息传输给网络侧的移动通信系统。
该实施例需要在客户端侧部署 AP,该 AP对进入或者离开客户端侧的企 业的办公区域的用户进行监控, 获取进入或者离开企业的办公区域的用户 的移动终端对应的位置信息, 该位置信息可以是和用户的移动终端号码对 应位置和 /或通话状态等信息。 用户的移动终端每次进入 AP所控制的企业的办公区域时,便会和 AP建 立起连接关系, AP便可以获取上述用户的移动终端对应的位置信息, AP将 获取的上述信息进行保存。 AP每隔预定的时间间隔检查进入了企业的办公 区域的用户的移动终端是否还在办公区域内, 如果检测到某个用户已经离 开了其所控制的企业的办公区域时, AP需要将以前保存的上述用户的移动 终端对应的位置信息进行删除。 此外, 本实施例中还需要在网络侧中的运营商侧部署 AG。 上述 AP通过 IP网络将获取的上述进入或者离开企业的办公区域的用户的移动终端对应 的位置信息传输给 AG。 上述 AG接收到上述 AP传输过来的上述移动终端对应的位置信息后,将 该位置信息通过 SOAP ( Simple Object Access Protocol, 简单对象访问协 议)接口实时传输给网络侧的移动通信系统。 在实际应用中, AG还可以存储和更新上述 AP传输过来的用户的移动终 端对应的位置信息。当 AG第一次接收到上述 AP发送的移动终端对应的位置 信息时, 则 AG可以存储上述移动终端对应的位置信息, 并发送给网络侧的 移动通信系统。 而当 AG再次收到上述移动终端对应的位置信息, 并确定上 述移动终端对应的位置信息已改变时, 则更新已存储的上述移动终端对应 的位置信息, 并将更新后的移动终端对应的位置信息发送给网络侧的移动 通信系统。 当 AG确定上述移动终端对应的位置信息没有改变, 则不更新已 存储的上述移动终端对应的位置信息以及不向网络侧的移动通信系统发送 上述移动终端对应的位置信息。 步骤 12、 移动通信系统根据存储的接入网关 AG发送的与用户的移动终 端对应的位置信息呼叫所述用户。 上述移动通信系统将上述 AG发送过来的上述移动终端对应的位置信 息进行存储。 然后, 在接收到对上述用户的移动终端的呼叫后, 基于存储 的上述用户的移动终端对应的位置信息给上述用户提供相应的呼叫业务。
在具体的实施例中, 支设用户有两个终端如企业的办公区域中的固定 电话终端和手机, 两个终端可以设为一种绑定关系。 当根据上述移动终端 对应的位置信息确定用户进入了企业的办公区域时, 当移动通信系统接收 到呼叫用户的手机的呼叫信息后, 可以让上述手机和固定电话终端同时振 铃;
比如, 当上述移动终端对应的位置信息中还包括在企业的办公区域内 的用户的手机的通话状态信息并且所述用户的手机的通话状态信息为繁忙 时, 则当移动通信系统接收到呼叫用户的手机的呼叫信息后, 可以呼叫所 述企业的办公区^ ^中的和所述手机绑定的固定电话终端。 比如, 当根据上述移动终端对应的位置信息确定用户离开了企业的办 公区域时, 当用户的手机接收到来电后, 则不需要让上述固定电话终端振 铃, 而只让手机振铃; 或获取在企业的办公区域外和所述手机绑定的其它 终端的信息, 并呼叫所述手机和所述其它终端。 图 1 B为与图 1 A相关实施例对应的一种与用户的移动终端对应的位置 信息的传输的方法实施例的流程图, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 101、 AG接收接入点 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信 息。 步骤 102、 AG将所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息发送给网络侧 的移动通信系统进行存储, 以便于所述移动通信系统接收到呼叫所述用户 的移动终端的呼叫信息后才艮据存储的与所述用户的移动终端对应的位置信 息呼叫所述用户。 如上所述的实施例通过将 AP部署到客户端侧, AG接收 AP发送过来的 用户的移动终端对应的位置信息, 并发送给网络侧的移动通信系统, 从而 使网络侧的移动通信系统对进入或者离开了企业的办公区域的用户的移动 终端进行准确定位,可以不必依赖 PLMN网络覆盖对用户的移动终端进行定 位。 并且在收到对用户的手机的呼叫信息后, 可以直接根据存储的接入网 关 AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼叫所述用户, 从而不需要 移动通信系统获取根据用户手机当时的 Cell ID获取其当前的位置信息, 使 得处理呼叫业务更为简单。 另外, 在位置信息中设置通话状态信息, 使得 处理企业的用户的手机在繁忙的状态下直接呼叫与其绑定的固定电话终 端, 而不是直接拒绝呼叫。
该实施例适用于用户的移动终端(手机)位于企业的办公区域的场景, 该实施例提供的一种用户位于办公区域时给用户提供手机和固定电话终端 同振的业务的方法的处理流程如图 2所示, 包括如下处理步骤: 步骤 21、 移动通信系统将 AG发送的进入了办公区域的用户 B的手机对 应的位置信息存储在数据库中。 当部署在客户端侧的 AP监控到用户 B的手机进入了 AP所覆盖的区域, 即企业的办公区域, 则 AP便获取上述用户 B的手机对应的位置信息, 该位 置信息可以是和用户 B手机的号码对应位置和 /或通话状态等信息。并通过 IP 网络将上述用户 B的手机对应的位置信息传输给部署在运营商侧的 AG。 然后,上述 AG通过 SOAP接口将上述用户 B的手机对应的位置信息传输 给部署在网络侧的移动通信系统。 在实际应用中, AG还可以存储和更新上述 AP传输过来的用户的移动终 端对应的位置信息。当 AG第一次接收到上述 AP发送的移动终端对应的位置 信息时, 则 AG可以存储上述移动终端对应的位置信息, 并发送给网络侧的 移动通信系统。 而当 AG再次收到上述移动终端对应的位置信息, 并确定上 述移动终端对应的位置信息已改变时, 则更新已存储的上述移动终端对应 的位置信息, 并将更新后的移动终端对应的位置信息发送给网络侧的移动 通信系统。 当 AG确定上述移动终端对应的位置信息没有改变, 则不更新已 存储的上述移动终端对应的位置信息以及不向网络侧的移动通信系统发送 上述移动终端对应的位置信息。 上述移动通信系统可以设置在智能网中, 该移动通信系统将接收到的 用户 B的手机对应的位置信息存储在其内部的数据库中。 上述移动通信系统中还要管理各个用户的业务信息, 该业务信息包括 根据用户的不同位置和通话状态所提供的不同业务信息。 步骤 22、 移动通信系统接收到其它用户对用户 B的手机的呼叫。 上述移动通信系统在收到针对用户 B的手机的呼叫信息后, 查询上述 其内部的数据库, 得知被叫用户 B在办公区域内, 根据其管理的各个用户 的业务信息确定需要实现用户 B手机和用户 B的办公区域的固定电话终端 同振的功能。
步骤 23、 上述移动通信系统利用从 MGCF ( Media Gateway Control Function, 媒体网关控制功能 ) /CSCF ( Call State Control Function , 呼叫 状态控制功能)获取的被叫用户 B的 iFC签约信息或者利用用户 B预先登 记的和用户 B的手机绑定的固定电话终端的信息, 使被叫用户 B的固定电 话终端振铃。 具体的, 移动通信系统利用上述被叫用户 B 的 iFC 签约信息下发 CONNECT (连接)接续被叫用户 B的固定电话终端, 被叫用户 B的固定 电话终端振铃; 或者, 在实际应用中由用户 B直接在上述移动通信系统中 预先登记和用户 B的手机绑定的固定电话终端的 IP地址等信息,移动通信 系统根据用户登记的固定电话终端的信息呼叫固定电话终端。 步骤 24、 上述移动通信系统利用从 GMSC获取的被叫用户 B的签约 信息下发 CONNECT接续被叫用户 B的手机, 被叫用户 B的手机振铃。
具体实施中, 所述 AP发送的移动终端的位置信息中还可以包括办公区 域内的移动终端的通话状态信息, 当移动通信系统根据所述移动终端的位 置信息确定所述用户的移动终端位于办公区域, 并且所述用户的移动终端 的通话状态为繁忙时,上述移动通信系统可以获取和所述用户 B的手机绑定 的办公区域内的固定电话终端的信息, 并呼叫所述固定电话终端, 而不再 执行步骤 24。
该实施例实现了移动通信系统利用 AG 发送的进入了办公区域的用户 B的手机对应的位置信息, 以及和用户 B的手机绑定的固定电话终端的信 息, 使用户 B的固定电话终端和手机同时振铃。 在用户 B的手机的通话状 态为繁忙时, 只呼叫所述固定电话终端。 如果用户的移动终端 (手机)从位于企业的办公区域离开, 则本发明 实施例还提供的一种用户离开办公区域时只呼叫用户手机的方法的处理流 程如图 3所示, 包括如下处理步骤: 步骤 31、 移动通信系统从其内部的数据库中对离开了办公区域的用户 的手机对应的位置信息进行更新。
AP每隔预定的时间间隔(比如 5分钟)检查进入了企业的办公区域的用 户是否还在办公区域内, 如果检测到某个用户 (比如用户 B ) 已经离开了其 所控制的区域, 则说明该用户 B已经离开了办公区域。 于是, AP将上述离 开了办公区域的用户 B的手机对应的位置信息通过 IP网络传输给部署在网 络侧的 AG。 上述 AG通过 SOAP接口将上述离开了办公区域的用户 B的手机 对应的位置信息传输给部署在网络侧的移动通信系统。 上述 AP可以在上述用户 B的手机对应的位置信息中携带离开标识, 或 者, 使位置信息中的手机 B号码的对应位置信息字段为空等方式表示用户 B 已经离开了办公区域。 移动通信系统从其内部的数据库中对上述离开了办公区域的用户 B的 手机对应的位置信息进行更新,将该位置信息中的手机 B号码的对应位置信 息从位于办公区域更新为离开办公区域。 步骤 32、 移动通信系统接收到其它用户对用户 B的手机的呼叫。 上述移动通信系统还要接收对其内部的数据库中存储的各个用户的呼 叫信息。 比如, 当用户 A呼叫上述用户 B的手机后, 上述移动通信系统便接 收到该呼叫。 上述移动通信系统查询上述其内部的数据库, 得知被叫用户 B 已经离 开了办公区域内, 只需要实现被叫用户的手机振动的功能。 步骤 33、 上述移动通信系统利用从 GMSC获取的被叫用户 B的签约 信息, 使被叫用户 B的手机振铃。 上述移动通信系统向 MGCF下发 Invite请求接续被叫用户 B的手机, MGCF将上述 Invite路由到 GMSC。
GMSC根据被叫用户 B的手机号码,发送 SRI去 HLR查询被叫用户 B 的签约信息。 HLR返回被叫用户 B的签约信息给 GMSC, GMSC再将上 述签约信息发送给上述移动通信系统。 上述移动通信系统利用上述被叫用户 B的签约信息下发 CONNECT接 续被叫用户 B的手机, 被叫用户 B的手机振铃。 在实际应用中, 上述移动通信系统还获取在企业的办公区域外和所述 用户 B的手机绑定的其它终端的信息, 并呼叫所述用户 B的手机和所述其它 终端。 该实施例实现了移动通信系统利用 AG 发送的离开了办公区域的用户 B的手机对应的位置信息, 只让用户 B的手机振铃, 而不让和用户 B的手 机绑定的办公区域中的固定电话终端振铃。 本发明实施例还提供了一种给用户提供业务的装置, 该装置设置于网 络侧, 其具体实现结构如图 4所示, 具体可以包括:
呼叫信息接收模块 42, 用于接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息; 呼叫业务提供模块 43, 用于当所述呼叫信息接收模块接收到所述呼叫 信息后, 根据存储的接入点 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼 叫所述用户。 所述装置还包括:
信息存储模块 41,用于接收 AG在收到 AP发送的与所述用户的移动终端 对应的位置信息后,通过 SOAP接口发送的与所述用户的移动终端对应的位 置信息, 并对所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息进行存储或更新。 所述呼叫业务提供模块具体包括 43:第一处理模块 431和第二处理模块 432中的至少一项, 其中, 第一处理模块 431 ,用于当根据所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息 确定所述用户的移动终端位于客户端侧的办公区域时, 获取和所述移动终 端绑定的固定电话终端的信息, 并呼叫所述移动终端和所述固定电话终端; 当根据所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息确定所述用户的移动终 端离开了客户端侧的办公区域时, 呼叫所述用户的移动终端或获取在客户 端侧的办公区域外和所述移动终端绑定的其它终端的信息, 并呼叫所述移 动终端和所述其它终端。
第二处理模块 432, 用于当所述 AG发送的移动终端的位置信息中还包 括在客户端侧的办公区域内的移动终端的通话状态信息时, 并且所述用户 的移动终端的通话状态信息为繁忙时, 获取在客户端侧的办公区域内和所 述移动终端绑定的固定电话终端的信息, 并呼叫所述固定电话终端。 本发明实施例还提供了一种接入网关 AG, 其具体实现结构如图 5所示, 具体可以包括: 信息接收模块 51 , 用于接收接入点 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的 位置信息; 信息发送模块 52, 用于将所述信息接收模块所接收到的所述与用户的 移动终端对应的位置信息发送给网络侧的移动通信系统进行存储, 以便于 所述移动通信系统接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息后根据存储的所 述 AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼叫所述用户。
所述的 AG还可以包括:信息存储模块 53,用于存储 AP发送的与用户的 移动终端对应的位置信息, 或更新已存储的与用户的移动终端对应的位置 信息; 所述的信息发送模块 51, 还用于当已存储的与用户的移动终端对应的 位置信息发生更新时, 向网络侧的移动通信系统发送更新后的与用户的移 动终端对应的位置信息。 在实际应用中,所述的信息发送模块 51可以通过 SOAP接口发送所述与 用户的移动终端对应的位置信息。
程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储 于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的 实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体 ( Read-Only Memory , ROM ) 或随机存储 i己忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM ) 等。 综上所述, 本发明实施例通过将 AP部署到企业, 实现对进入或者离开 了企业的办公区域的用户进行准确定位, 并通过 AG实时更新到网络侧的移 动通信系统中。从而可以不必依赖 PLMN网络覆盖对用户的移动终端进行准 确定位。 本发明实施例还可以通过 AP获取用户的通话状态等信息,并通过 AG实 时更新到网络侧的移动通信系统中。 网络侧的移动通信系统可以根据获取的用户的位置信息和通话状态等 信息, 给用户实现不同的业务体验。

1、 一种给用户提供呼叫业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息;
根据存储的接入网关 AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼 叫所述用户。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的给用户提供呼叫业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息之前, 还包括: 接收所述 AG在收到接入点 AP发送的所述与用户的移动终端对应的位 置信息后通过简单对象访问协议 SOAP接口发送的与用户的移动终端对应 的位置信息, 并对所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息进行存储或更新。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的给用户提供呼叫业务的方法,其特征在于, 所述的根据存储的 AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼叫所述 用户, 具体包括: 当根据所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息确定所述用户的移动终 端位于客户端侧的办公区域时, 获取在客户端侧的办公区域内和所述移动 终端绑定的固定电话终端的信息, 并呼叫所述移动终端和所述固定电话终 端; 当根据所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息确定所述用户的移动终 端离开了客户端侧的办公区域时, 呼叫所述用户的移动终端或获取在客户 端侧的办公区域外和所述移动终端绑定的其它终端的信息, 并呼叫所述移 动终端和所述其它终端。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的给用户提供呼叫业务的方法,其特征在于, 所述的根据存储的 AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼叫所述 用户, 具体包括: 所述 AG发送的移动终端的位置信息中还包括在客户端侧的办公区域 内的移动终端的通话状态信息, 并且所述用户的移动终端的通话状态信息 为繁忙时, 获取在客户端侧的办公区域内和所述移动终端绑定的固定电话 终端的信息, 并呼叫所述固定电话终端。
5、 一种给用户提供呼叫业务的装置, 其特征在于, 设置于网络侧, 所 述装置具体包括:
呼叫信息接收模块, 用于接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息; 呼叫业务提供模块, 用于当所述呼叫信息接收模块接收到所述呼叫信 息后, 根据存储的接入网关 AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼 叫所述用户。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的给用户提供呼叫业务的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
信息存储模块,用于接收 AG在收到 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的 位置信息后通过简单对象访问协议 SOAP接口发送的与用户的移动终端对 应的位置信息, 并对所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息进行存储或更 新。
7、根据权利要求 5或 6所述的给用户提供呼叫业务的装置,其特征在于, 所述呼叫业务提供模块包括: 第一处理模块, 用于当根据所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息确 定所述用户的移动终端位于客户端侧的办公区域时, 获取在客户端侧的办 公区域内和所述移动终端绑定的固定电话终端的信息, 并呼叫所述移动终 端和所述固定电话终端; 当根据所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息确定所述用户的移动终 端离开了客户端侧的办公区域时, 呼叫所述用户的移动终端或获取在客户 端侧的办公区域外和所述移动终端绑定的其它终端的信息, 并呼叫所述移 动终端和所述其它终端。
8、根据权利要求 5或 6所述的给用户提供呼叫业务的装置,其特征在于, 所述呼叫业务提供模块包括: 第二处理模块, 用于当所述 AG发送的移动终端的位置信息中还包括在 客户端侧的办公区域内的移动终端的通话状态信息时, 并且所述用户的移 动终端的通话状态信息为繁忙时, 获取在客户端侧的办公区域内和所述移 动终端綁定的固定电话终端的信息, 并呼叫所述固定电话终端。
9、 一种与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息的传输方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收接入点 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息;
将所述与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息发送给网络侧的移动通信系 统进行存储, 以便于所述移动通信系统接收到呼叫所述用户的移动终端的 呼叫信息后根据存储的与所述用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼叫所述用 户。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的用户的移动终端对应的位置信息的传输方 法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法还包括: 存储所述 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息, 或更新已存储 的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息; 当所述已存储的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息发生更新时, 向网 络侧的移动通信系统发送更新后的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息。
11、 一种接入网关 AG, 其特征在于, 包括: 信息接收模块, 用于接收接入点 AP发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位 置信息;
信息发送模块, 用于将所述信息接收模块所接收到的所述与用户的移 动终端对应的位置信息发送给网络侧的移动通信系统进行存储, 以便于所 述移动通信系统接收到呼叫用户的移动终端的呼叫信息后根据存储的所述
AG发送的与用户的移动终端对应的位置信息呼叫所述用户。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的接入网关 AG, 其特征在于, 所述的 AG还 包括:
