Abstract
閉磁路を形成することで、配線基板上に実装したときに周辺回路の干渉を受けず、かつ、直流電流が重畳した場合でも、インダクタンス値の低下が小さい、すなわち直流重畳特性の良好である、インダクタンス素子を提供する。 磁芯(5)を構成するフェライト焼結体の透磁率の温度係数を正とする一方、コイル(7)を覆いかつ磁芯(5)の鍔部(3および4)間の空隙を埋めるように形成された外装(8)を構成する軟磁性体樹脂の透磁率の温度係数を-30ppm/°C以下、好ましくは-1000ppm/°C以下とする。
