Abstract
非水電解質二次電池へ電流をパルス状に周期的に供給することでパルス充電する充電制御工程と、前記非水電解質二次電池の電池電圧を測定する電池電圧検出工程と、前記電池電圧検出工程によって前記パルス状に電流が供給されているときに測定された電池電圧と、所定の設定電圧とを比較する比較工程と、前記比較の結果、前記測定された電池電圧が前記設定電圧以上となったとき、前記パルス充電を終了させる充電終了制御工程とを含むようにした。
