Abstract

　（１）医学文献群（Ｌ）に対してテキストマイニングやデータマイニングといった処理を施しデータベース化する。（２）薬剤（Ｘ）をキーにして相互作用ＤＢ（１００）にアクセスすることで、薬剤（Ｘ）に関する既知情報（１０２）を相互作用ＤＢ（１００）から抽出する。既知情報（１０２）では、薬剤（Ｘ）は大腸がんと最も高い関連性を持つ。（３）実験対象（１１０）に薬剤（Ｘ）を投与することで実験結果（１０３）を得る。（４）実験結果（１０３）により、薬剤（Ｘ）に関する実験結果分析情報（１０１）を抽出する。両情報（１０１），（１０２）を比較と、既知情報（１０２）により薬剤（Ｘ）と糖尿病との関連は低いように見えるが、実際に実験をおこない、量変動分子（Ｄ），（Ｅ），（Ｆ）を解析すると、実は薬剤（Ｘ）の投与効果と最も関連度が高いのは糖尿病であることが実験結果分析情報（１０１）により示される。
