Abstract

　この装置は、ほぼ水平方向に延びる、横断面が円弧状の凹面（２８）を有する前端面（３０）と、前端面に開口する出口（３２）を有する生地排出孔（３４）とを有する生地排出部材（２６）と、凹面（２８）の長さ方向に延びるエッジ（３６）を有するカッタ（３８）と、カッタをその姿勢を一定に保持しながらエッジ（３６）に円運動を生じ、該エッジを凹面上に沿って凹面の上方から下方に周期的に摺動させ、出口（３２）から連続的に押し出される生地を切断分割するカッタ駆動装置（４０）と、を有する。
