Abstract

　本発明に係るサーマルヘッドＸ１は、発熱部１３１と、発熱部１３１の端部に対して電気的に接続されている各接続部１４１１，１４２１を有する導電層１４とを含むものである。この導電層１４は、各接続部１４１１，１４２１の長手方向Ｄ２，Ｄ３における断面積に比べて断面積が小さい各配線部１４１２，１４２２を有している。各配線部１４１１，１４２１は、矢印方向Ｄ１，Ｄ２における幅が各接続部１４１１，１４２１の幅より短い第１上部層１４１ｂ，第２上部層１４２ｂと、各接続部１４１１，１４２１の幅以下の長さで且つ各上部層１４１ｂ，１４２ｂの幅より長い第１下部層１４１ａ，第２下部層１４２ａとを有している。この各上部層１４１ｂ，１４２ｂと各下部層１４１ａ，１４２ａとは、重なって配置されている。
