Abstract

 装置の小型化を図るとともに、磁性マイクロフロック、及び磁性フロックを良好に生成することができる凝集装置を提供する。  本発明の凝集装置(14)において、急速攪拌槽(14A)、減速室(14C)、緩速攪拌槽(14B)は同一のケーシング(40)に組み付けられて一体構造の装置として構成される。減速室(14C)は、急速攪拌槽(14A)から流出された速度の早い処理水を減速するために、2枚の堰(42、44)を備える。また、凝集装置(14)の急速攪拌槽(14A)、減速室(14C)、緩速攪拌槽(14B)は、空気が抜かれて処理水が満水状態となっている。これにより、船のような揺れる環境に凝集装置(14)を搭載した場合でも、凝集装置(14)の各槽(14A、14C、14B)において処理水は波立つことはなく、急速攪拌槽(14A)から減速室(14C)を介して緩速攪拌槽(14B)に円滑に流動する。
