Abstract
パレット監視システムは、搬送路に沿って設置された複数のステーションに順次搬送される複数のパレットの状態を監視する。監視装置は、複数のステーションの各々に接続される。監視装置は、複数のステーションの各々で生じた不良に関する情報を収集する不良情報収集部と、収集した不良に関する情報とパレットの各々識別情報とを対応付けて格納する情報格納部と、情報格納部に格納された情報に基づいて製品不良の原因となるパレットを特定するパレット特定部とを含む。
