Abstract

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de cette invention consiste à produire un stratifié transparent constitué d'un matériau organique/inorganique qui n'est pas cassant même dans une région de teneur en fines particules inorganiques élevée et qui a un indice de réfraction élevé. La solution proposée consiste en un procédé pour la production de stratifiés qui comprend en tant qu'étapes essentielles l'étape consistant à disperser de fines particules inorganiques dans une solution contenant un solvant organique à l'aide d'un polymère hyper-ramifié constitué d'un polycondensat de molécules de type AB2, l'étape consistant à ajouter au moins une résine de polyuréthane à la dispersion obtenue et à soumettre le mélange obtenu à un traitement de re-dispersion pour former un fluide de revêtement, l'étape consistant à appliquer le fluide de revêtement sur un substrat et l'étape consistant à sécher le revêtement formé par vaporisation du solvant organique dans la minute qui suit l'application.
