Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine katalytisch aktive Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung mit einer hohen Porosität und Aktivität.

Beschreibung
Silizium/Titandioxid-Schicht mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Oberflächen und/oder Beschichtungen, welche Reinigungseigenschaften aufweisen .
Bei Oberflächen, insbesondere transparenten Oberflächen wie Glas und Kunststoff, besteht der Bedarf, Verschmutzungen, welche auf organische Substanzen zurückzuführen sind, zu entfernen. Dies soll möglichst per „Selbstreinigung" der Oberflächen erfolgen, d.h. durch Wärme oder Sonnenlicht sollen die aufgetragenen organischen Substanzen zersetzt werden.
Die WO 2004/085701 schlägt hierzu eine per CVD aufgebrachte Titandioxid-Beschichtung vor, welche katalytische Eigenschaften aufweisen soll. Jedoch hat sich herausgestellt, dass die in der WO 2004/085701 beschriebenen Schichten häufig nicht zufriedenstellende Aktivitäten aufweisen.
Es stellt sich daher die Aufgabe, eine Beschichtung zu finden, die in der Lage ist, die oben genannten Nachteile zumin- dest zum Teil zu überwinden und insbesondere bei vielen Anwendungen mit höherer Aktivität katalytisch zu wirken.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung nach Anspruch 1 gelöst. Dem gemäß wird eine kata- lytisch aktive transparente Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung vorgeschlagen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung eine Porosität von ≥30% und einen Brechungsindex von ≤2.2 aufweist
Die Bezeichnung „Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bedeutet oder umfasst insbesondere, dass die Beschichtung Titandioxid als katalytisch aktive Hauptkomponenten enthält.
Die Bezeichnung „katalytisch aktiv" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bedeutet insbesondere, dass die Beschichtung in der Lage ist, organische Substanzen bei Vorhandensein zumindest von Sauerstoff, Wasser und Licht (insbesondere UV-Licht) zu- mindest teilweise in flüchtige Substanzen oxidativ zu zersetzen .
Die Bezeichnung „transparent" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bedeutet oder umfasst dabei insbesondere eine Durch- lässigkeit von ≥80%, bevorzugt ≥85%, sowie am meisten bevorzugt ≥90% im jeweilig verwendeten Wellenlängenbereich, insbesondere im sichtbaren Wellenlängenbereich.
Gemäß einer mehr bevorzugten Ausführungsform beträgt die Po- rosität der Beschichtung ≥40% bis ≤90%, noch bevorzugt >65% bis <85%.
Gemäß einer mehr bevorzugten Ausführungsform beträgt der Brechungsindex der Beschichtung ≤2, noch bevorzugt ≤1.9.
Die Aufgabe wird weiterhin durch eine Silizi- um/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung gemäß Anspruch 2 der vorliegenden Erfindung gelöst. Dem gemäß wird eine katalytisch aktive transparente Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung vorgeschlagen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung eine aktive Titandioxid- Oberfläche von ≥1% aufweist.
Dabei wird unter „aktiver Titandioxid-Oberfläche von X%" ver- standen, dass die Oberfläche der Beschichtung zu X% aus Titandioxid besteht und/oder das „X%" der Oberfläche der Beschichtung durch Titanoxid belegt ist. Dieser Wert lässt sich z.B. durch TEM-Messungen bestimmen.
Bevorzugt weist die Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung eine aktive Titandioxid-Oberfläche von ≥20% der beschichteten Substratoberfläche der Schicht, noch bevorzugt von ≥50% der beschichteten Substratoberfläche der Schicht auf.
Durch eine erfindungsgemäße Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Be- schichtung kann in vielen Anwendungen innerhalb der vorliegenden Erfindung einer oder mehrere der folgenden Vorteile erzielt werden:
Die Beschichtung ist aufgrund der verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften über einen langen Zeitraum katalytisch mit einer hohen Durchsatzrate aktiv.
- Die Dicke der hergestellten Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige
Beschichtung beträgt bei vielen Anwendungen höchstens wenige Mikrometer. Sie ist daher weitgehend unempfindlich gegenüber thermischem Stress und beeinflusst Bauteilabmessungen und Toleranzen nur unwesentlich.
Der Katalysatorträger hat aufgrund seiner hohen Oberfläche hydrophile Eigenschaften und lagert Wasser aus der Luft ein. Dieses ist als Edukt für die Photokatalyse verwendbar; somit werden die katalytischen Aktivitäten der Be- Schichtung nochmals erhöht.
Die Beschichtung weist oftmals sowohl eine erhöhte Transparenz wie auch eine bessere UV-Selbstreinigung auf und kann daher auch sehr gut zur Entspiege- lung/Reflektionsminderung verwendet werden.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von Silizium/Titan (in Mol/Mol) von ≥0.1:l bis ≤10:l beträgt. Dies hat sich für vie- Ie Zwecke der vorliegenden Erfindung als günstig herausgestellt.
Bevorzugt beträgt das das Verhältnis von Silizium/Titan (in Mol/Mol) von >0.2:l bis <5:1, noch bevorzugt >0.5:l bis <2 : 1.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von Silizium/Titan (in Mol/Mol) von ≥0.1:l bis ≤5:1 beträgt und die Dicke der
Beschichtung bei ≥90 nm bis ≤120 nm liegt. Dies hat sich für viele Anwendungen als besonders günstig herausgestellt. Bevorzugt liegt die Dicke der Beschichtung bei ≥95 nm bis <115 nm.
Diese Ausführungsform hat sich in der Praxis oftmals dann als besonders wertvoll herausgestellt, wenn insbesondere die optischen Eigenschaften der Schicht wichtig sind und/oder zumindest im Teilfokus stehen. In diesem Fall wird so meist ei- ne gute Selbstreinigung unter gleichzeitiger Verbesserung der Transparenz des beschichteten Substrats erzielt.
Eine bevorzugte alternative Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von Silizi- um/Titan (in Mol/Mol) von >5:1 bis <10:l beträgt und die Dicke der Beschichtung bei ≥150 nm bis ≤500 nm liegt. Dies hat sich für viele Anwendungen als besonders günstig herausgestellt. Bevorzugt liegt die Dicke der Beschichtung bei >250 nm bis <400 nm.
Diese Ausführungsform hat sich in der Praxis oftmals dann als besonders wertvoll herausgestellt, wenn die Selbstreinigungswirkung im Vordergrund steht.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung im Wesentlichen ein poröser Vollformkörper, insbesondere ein homogener poröser Vollformkörper ist bzw. einen solchen Körper bildet.
Der Term „im wesentlichen" bezeichnet dabei insbesondere >90 Vol-%, bevorzugt >95 Vol-% der Beschichtung.
Dadurch kann bei vielen Anwendungen innerhalb der vorliegenden Erfindung eine einfach herstellbare und noch weiter re- flektionsmindernde Beschichtung erreicht werden.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung transmissionserhöhende
Eigenschaften, insbesondere für Licht im sichtbaren Wellenlängenbereich, aufweist.
Bevorzugt ist die Beschichtung in der Lage, die Transmission des Substrates um ≥2%, bevorzugt um ≥4% im jeweilig verwende- ten Wellenlängenbereich, insbesondere im sichtbaren Wellenlängenbereich zu erhöhen.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durchschnittliche Durchmesser der Po- ren von ≥l nm bis ≤50 nm beträgt. Dies hat sich bei vielen
Anwendungen der vorliegenden Erfindung als besonders günstig für die antireflektiven Eigenschaften der Beschichtung herausgestellt. Bevorzugt beträgt der durchschnittliche Durchmesser der Poren von ≥2 nm bis ≤40 nm, noch bevorzugt >3 nm bis <20 nm.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser von ≥90% der Poren von ≥l nm bis ≤50 nm beträgt.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchmesserverteilung der Poren der erfindungsgemäßen Beschichtung im wesentlichen einer log-norm Verteilung mit einer Halbwertsbreite von ≤20 nm, bevorzugt ≤IO nm, noch bevorzugt ≤8 nm folgt.
„Im wesentlichen" bedeutet dabei, dass ≥90% der Poren, bevorzugt ≥95% der Poren sowie am meisten bevorzugt ≥98% der Poren dieser Verteilung folgen.
Eine derartige Verteilung hat sich für viele Anwendungen der vorliegenden Erfindung als besonders günstig herausgestellt, da durch eine gleichmäßige Porengeometrie oftmals ein verbesserter Zu- und Abtransport der Reaktionspartner beobachtet werden kann.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung mittels eines Sol-Gel- Verfahrens hergestellt wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich außerdem auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer transparenten Beschichtung für ein transparentes Substratmaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren auf einem Sol-Gel-Prozess beruht.
Die Bezeichnung „Sol-Gel-Prozess oder Sol-Gel-Verfahren" im
Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bedeutet oder umfasst insbesondere alle Prozesse und/oder Verfahren bei denen Metallpre- cursormaterialien, insbesondere Metallhalogenide und/oder Metallalkoxide in Lösung einer Hydrolyse und anschließenden Kondensation unterworfen werden.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während zumindest eines Teils des Sol-Gel- Prozesses mindestens eine porositätsverursachende Komponente vorhanden ist, die nach Beendigung des Sol-Gel-Prozesses entfernt und/oder zerstört wird.
Dies kann gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung nach Fertigstellung der Beschichtung zumindest teilweise durch diese selbst erfolgen, d.h. dass die Beschichtung kata- lytisch die porositätsverursachende Komponente angreift und damit entfernt.
Bevorzugt wird die porositätsverursachende Komponente zumin- dest zum Teil mittels einer Plasmabehandlung entfernt und/oder zerstört.
Die Bezeichnung „Plasmabehandlung" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bedeutet oder umfasst insbesondere alle Prozesse und/oder Verfahren, bei denen ionisierte Moleküle, insbesondere Radikale eines Gases, welche durch eine Energiequelle wie Hochfrequenz oder Mikrowellen erzeugt wurden, auf das
Substrat einwirken. Meist ist dies mit einer Temperaturerhöhung verbunden.
Überraschenderweise hat sich herausgestellt, dass bei Be- Schichtungen und/oder Substraten durch Plasmabehandlung bei vielen Anwendungen nochmals eine wesentliche Verbesserung der Oberflächenqualität sowie weiterer Eigenschaften erreicht werden kann.
Insbesondere dann, wenn temperaturempfindliche Substrate wie Kunststoffe verwenden werden, ist diese Ausführungsform oftmals besonders vorteilhaft, da meist eine thermische Überbelastung des Substrats vermieden werden kann.
Es sei angemerkt, dass unter „Plasmabehandlung" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung insbesondere auch eine Coronabehand- lung fällt, auch wenn dies im Sprachgebrauch oftmals anders gehandhabt wird. Eine Plasmabehandlung im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst somit explizit auch eine Coronabe- handlung; dies stellt insbesondere eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung dar.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird die Plasmabehandlung als Atmosphärendruckplasma durchgeführt. Dies hat sich bei vielen Anwendungen der vorliegenden Erfindung als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen.
Die Bezeichnung „Atmosphärendruckplasma" im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bedeutet oder umfasst insbesondere alle Pro- zesse und/oder Verfahren, bei denen ein Plasma unter atmosphärischen Umgebungsbedingungen auf das Substrat aufgebracht wird.
Bevorzugt wird die Plasmabehandlung bei einem Prozessgasdruck von ≥2 bar bis ≤8 bar durchgeführt. Dies hat sich bei vielen Anwendungen der vorliegenden Erfindung als vorteilhaft herausgestellt .
Bevorzugt liegt der Prozessgasdruck bei ≥3 bar bis ≤6 bar, bevorzugt ≥3,5 bar bis ≤5 bar.
Bevorzugt wird die Plasmabehandlung unter Rotation der Düse durchgeführt.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das porositätsverursachende Polymer nach Beenden des Sol-Gel-Prozesses ausgewaschen wird.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das porositätsverursachende Polymer nach Beenden des Sol-Gel-Prozesses mittels Temperung, insbesondere bei einer Temperatur von ≥80°C bis ≤100°C, bevorzugt mit Was- ser ausgewaschen wird.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das porositätsverursachende Polymer nach Beenden des Sol-Gel-Prozesses ausgebrannt insbesondere bei einer Temperatur von ≥250°C ausgebrannt wird.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine porositätsverursachende Komponente ein Polymer ist, wobei die durchschnittliche Molmasse des Polymers bevorzugt ≥5.000 Da bis ≤50.000 Da, noch bevorzugt ≥IO.OOO Da bis <35.000 Da beträgt.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polymer ein organisches Polymer, be- vorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe enthaltend Polyethylengly- kol, Polypropylenglykol, Copolymere aus Polyethylenglykol und Polypropylenglykol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Polyether, alkyl-, cycloalkyl- und/oder arylsubstituierte Polyether, Polyester, alkyl-, cycloalkyl- und/oder arylsubstituierte Polyester, insbesondere Polyhydroxybuttersäure oder Mischungen daraus.

Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Siliziumoxid in Form einer Silizium- Alkoxid-Precursor-Lösung zugegeben wird.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der pH-Wert der Silizium enthaltenden Pre- cursor-Lösung von ≥l bis ≤6 beträgt.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren unter Verwendung gealterter Silizium-Sole erfolgt.
Die Bezeichnung „gealterte Silizium-Sole" bedeutet dabei insbesondere ein SoI, welches durch Zeiteinwirkung zumindest einen Teil der parallel ablaufenden Hydrolyse- und Kondensationsreaktionen durchlaufen hat.
Überraschenderweise hat sich herausgestellt, dass durch diese einfache Verfahrensführung bei vielen Anwendungen der vorliegenden Erfindung nochmals die Beschichtungsaktivität deutlich erhöht werden kann. Ohne auf eine Theorie festgelegt zu sein glauben die Erfinder, dass dies auf die größere Zahl an
Si-O-Si-Bindungen in gealterten Solen zurückzuführen sein könnte, durch die weniger Bindungen an das Titandioxid entstehen .
Die Erfindung bezieht sich außerdem auf eine transparente Be- schichtung für ein Substrat, hergestellt nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich außerdem auf ein optisches Bauele- ment umfassend ein transparentes Substrat sowie eine auf dem Substrat aufgebrachte und/oder angeordnete Beschichtung gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass das Substrat ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe enthaltend Glas, transparente Kunststoffe, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe enthaltend Polycarbonat, Polyacryl, PET, PEN, COC, PES, PSU, transparente duroplastische Massen, insbesondere Epoxide und Acrylate und Mischungen daraus, Metal- Ie, sowie Mischungen daraus.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich außerdem auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen optischen Bauelements, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung auf das Substrat durch Tauchen und/ oder Spin-coating aufgebracht wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich außerdem auf die Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen Beschichtung und/oder eines erfindungsgemäßen optischen Bauelements für
- optische Instrumente Brillen
Scheinwerfergehäuse in der Automobiltechnik Scheiben, besonders in der Automobiltechnik Cockpitverglasungen - Schilder
Autospiegel
Solarzellen, insbesondere flexible Solarzellen
Die vorgenannten sowie die beanspruchten und in den Anwen- dungsbeispielen beschriebenen erfindungsgemäß zu verwendenden Bauteile unterliegen in ihrer Größe, Formgestaltung, Materialauswahl und technischen Konzeption keinen besonderen Ausnahmebedingungen, so dass die in dem Anwendungsgebiet bekannten Auswahlkriterien uneingeschränkt Anwendung finden können.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen sowie aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung der zugehörigen Zeichnungen und Beispiele, in denen - beispielhaft - mehrere Ausführungs- beispiele einer erfindungsgemäßen Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung dargestellt ist. In den Figuren zeigt:

Abbau von Stearinsäure auf einem erfindungsgemäß beschichteten Glassubstrat:
Der Abbau von Stearinsäure wurde anhand von mehreren Glassubstraten untersucht.
Dabei wurde grundsätzlich nach folgendem Muster vorgegangen:
Zunächst wurden zwei Lösungen bereitgestellt:
Lösung 1: 4,5g Polyethylenglykol (Molmasse 35000 Da) wurden in 40g Ethanol bereitgestellt und unter Rühren langsam 1,4 g Wasser zugegeben. Falls keine Lösung eintrat, wurde noch weiteres Wasser (ggf. unter Erhitzen auf 400C im Ultraschallbad) zugegeben. Anschließend wurden 0,1 g IN HCl zuge- geben.
Lösung 2: 4g Tetraethoxysilan in 10 ml EtOH.
Lösung 2 wurde dann mit Lösung 1 vermischt und 2h gerührt.
Das erhaltene Gemisch ließ man 14 Tage stehen, um eine Alterung des SoIs zu bewirken. Falls dabei eine Trübung eintrat, wurde unter Rühren langsam soviel Wasser zugegeben, bis die Trübung verschwand.
Lösung 3:
In 30 ml Ethanol wurden 5g einer Titankomponente (Fa. Sachtleben Hombikat XXS 100) gegeben und (ggf. unter Ultraschall) gerührt, bis vollständige Lösung eintrat.
Anschließend wurde zum gealterten SoI soviel der Lösung 3 zugegeben, das sich ein Molverhältnis von Silizium zu Titan von 9:1 (im Folgenden als „10% Tiθ2λλ definiert) ergab. Gegeben- falls wurde im Ultraschall (bei Raumtemperatur) nachbehandelt.
Das Glassubsubstrat wurde anschließend mit der Lösung tauchbeschichtet; es ergab sich eine 340nm dicke Schicht. Danach wurde an der Luft getrocknet und bei 4000C für Ih im Ofen getempert .
Die Porosität der Beschichtung betrug ca. 50%, der Brechungsindex 1,3.
Die aktive TiO2-Oberflache betrug ca. 80%.
Neben einem mit einer „10%" Tiθ2~Beschichtung beschichteten Glassubstrat wurden noch vier weitere Beschichtungen mit 20%, 30%, 40% und 50% hergestellt; dabei wurden jeweils die Mischungsverhältnisse in Lösung 2 entsprechend verändert; an- sonsten war die Herstellung gleich.
Alle Glassubstrate wurden mit einer ca. 2 μm dicken Schicht aus Stearinsäure bedeckt und im „Sun-Tester" (Fa. Atlas) gelagert, um die Bestrahlung mit Sonnenlicht zu simulieren.
Bereits nach 18h Belichtung war bei den Proben mit ≥30% Tiθ2 und mehr ein nahezu vollständiger Abbau festzustellen.
Nach 24h Belichtungszeit war die Stearinsäure bei allen Pro- ben bis auf der „10%"-Probe vollständig abgebaut; nach 40h
Belichtungszeit waren auf allen Proben ein vollständiger Abbau festzustellen.
Transmissionsverbesserung durch Aufbringen einer erfindungsgemäßen Beschichtung
Fig. 1 bezieht sich auf weiteres erfindungsgemäßes Beispiel und zeigt eine Transmissionsmessung eines Glassubstrats mit und ohne aufgebrachter erfindungsgemäßer Beschichtung.
Dabei wurde die Beschichtung wie oben geschildert mit „10%" Tiθ2 hergestellt, jedoch in einer Dicke von ca. 100 nm aufgebracht. Deutlich ist die Transmissionsverbesserung zu erken- nen.
Abbau von Stearinsäure auf einem beschichteten Kunststoffsub- strat
Der Abbau von Stearinsäure wurde zusätzlich anhand einer er- findungsgemäßen Beschichtung auf einem KunststoffSubstrat untersucht .
Dazu wurde auf einem ca. 3mm dicken Polycarbonatsubstrat zur Hälfte eine Beschichtung aufgebracht.
Zunächst wurde das Substrat gereinigt (IPA mit Ultraschall, anschließend Spülen mit entionisiertem Wasser) sowie selbst mit Atmosphärendruckplasma vorbehandelt, um das Benetzen der Beschichtungslösung zu verbessern. Hierfür wurde ein Gerät der Fa. Plasmatreat mit einem Hochfrequenzgenerator FG 3001 und einer Rotationsdüse RD 1004, die mit einem Düsenkopf Typ AGR123 bestückt war, verwendet.
Als Prozessgas wurde Druckluft gewählt; der Probenabstand zur Düse betrug 8mm. Es wurde eine Verfahrgeschwindigkeit von 2 cm/sec eingestellt.
Die Beschichtung selbst wurde wie oben geschildert mit „10%" Tiθ2 hergestellt. Die Aufbringung erfolgte erneut durch Tauchbeschichtung; es ergab sich ebenfalls eine ca. 330 nm dicke Schicht.
Anschließend wurde jeweils 20 min bei 1000C getrocknet und eine wie oben beschriebene Plasmabehandlung durchgeführt, wodurch das Polyethylenglykol entfernt wurde.
Die Porosität der Beschichtung betrug ca. 55%, der Brechungsindex 1,35.
Die aktive TiO2-Oberflache betrug ca. 80%.
Das Substrat wurden anschließend einer ca. 2 μm dicken Schicht aus Stearinsäure bedeckt und im „Sun-Tester" (Fa. Atlas), Leistung X Watt/m2 gelagert, um die Bestrahlung mit Sonnenlicht zu simulieren.
Dabei war nach 18h Belichtung bereits ein großflächiger Abbau eingetreten .
Nach 24h Belichtungszeit war die Stearinsäure bis auf wenige Prozent abgebaut; nach 40h Belichtungszeit waren ein vollständiger Abbau festzustellen.
Claims
1. Katalytisch aktive transparente Silizi- um/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung eine Porosität von ≥30% und einen Brechungsindex von ≤2.2 aufweist.
2. Katalytisch aktive transparente Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung eine aktive Titandioxid-Oberfläche von ≥1% der beschichteten Substratoberfläche der Schicht aufweist.
3. Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von Silizium/Titan (in Mol/Mol) von >0.1:l bis <10:l beträgt.
4. Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhält- nis von Silizium/Titan (in Mol/Mol) von >0.1:l bis <5:1 beträgt und die Dicke der Beschichtung bei ≥90 nm bis ≤120 nm liegt .
5. Titandioxid- Beschichtung, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von Silizium/Titan (in Mol/Mol) von ≥5:1 bis ≤10:l beträgt und die Dicke der Beschichtung bei ≥150 nm bis ≤500 nm liegt.
6. Silizium/Titandioxidhaltige Beschichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siθ2~ Beschichtung mittels eines Sol-Gel-Verfahrens hergestellt wird.
7. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer transparenten Beschich- tung für ein transparentes Substratmaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren auf einem Sol-Gel-Prozess beruht .
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während zumindest eines Teils des Sol-Gel-Prozesses mindestens eine porositätsverursachende Komponente vorhanden ist, die nach Beendigung des Sol-Gel-Prozesses entfernt und/oder zerstört wird.
9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine porositätsverursachende Komponente ein Polymer ist, wobei die durchschnittliche Molmasse des Polymers bevorzugt >5.000 Da bis <50.000 Da beträgt .
10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polymer ein organisches Polymer, be- vorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe enthaltend Polyethylengly- kol, Polypropylenglykol, Copolymere aus Polyethylenglykol und Polypropylenglykol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Polyether, alkyl, cycloalkyl und/oder arylsubstituierte Polyether, Polyester, alkyl, cycloalkyl und/oder arylsubstituierte Polyester oder Mischungen daraus.
11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Silizium in Form einer Silizium- Alkoxid-Precursor-Lösung zugegeben wird.
12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der pH-Wert der Silizium enthaltenden Pre- cursor-Lösung von ≥l bis ≤6 beträgt.
13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren unter Verwendung gealterter Silizium-Sole erfolgt.
14. Transparente Beschichtung für ein transparentes Substrat, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13.
15. Verwendung einer Silizium/Titandioxidhaltigen Beschich- tung gemäß eines oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und 14 für
- optische Instrumente
- Brillen
- Scheinwerfergehäuse in der Automobiltechnik
- Scheiben, besonders in der Automobiltechnik
- Cockpitverglasungen - Schilder
- Autospiegel
- Solarzellen, insbesondere flexible Solarzellen
