Abstract

　パネルと本体とのつなぎ目を大きくする必要がなく、意匠性が損なわれずに済む空気調和装置の室内機を提供する。室内機（１）は、本体（２）の下面である化粧パネル（２ｂ）に室内空気の吸い込み口（２１）が位置する天井設置型の空気調和装置の室内機である。室内機（１）は、フラットパネル（３）と、パネル駆動部（７）とを備える。フラットパネル（３）は、吸い込み口（２１）を遮蔽する閉姿勢と、閉姿勢に対し傾斜することで、吸い込み口（２１）を開放する開姿勢とを採り得る。パネル駆動部（７）は、フラットパネル（３）が閉姿勢から開姿勢に至る時、フラットパネル（３）が所定位置まで降下した後、所定の回動支点（Ｐ３）を中心として回動するように、フラットパネル（３）を動作させる。
