Abstract

　弾性体と、弾性体を振れ回り振動させる電気機械変換部と、振れ回り振動の腹において弾性体に接触して駆動力を受けて回転する回転体とを備え、回転体は、回転の回転軸の延在方向の一定の位置で弾性体に接触する。上記振動アクチュエータにおいて、弾性体は、弾性体において振れ回り振動の腹を含む領域に配される弾性体接触部を有し、回転体は、回転体において弾性体接触部に接触して駆動力を受ける回転体接触部を有し、弾性体接触部および回転体接触部の一方は、回転軸に対して傾斜しつつ弾性体接触部および回転体接触部の他方に接触する接触面を含んでもよい。
