Abstract
【課題】 電解質を有する流体を流路中に送液する送液装置において、流体を一定量だけ分割して送液できるようにする。 【解決手段】 電極(13)に電圧を印加することにより、流路(10)中の弁部(11)を疎水性から親水性に変化させて流体(F)を送液し、電圧の印加を停止することにより、弁部(11)を疎水性に変化させて通気部(14)から外気を弁部(11)に導入して流体(F)を一定量だけ分割する。
