 外部からの水の浸入を防ぐことができ、さらに外部の温度変化に起因するセンサユニット内部の熱歪みによるセンサおよび周辺回路への水の浸入を防止し、製品の信頼性が高く、かつ製作コストの低減を図ることができるセンサユニットを提供する。センサデバイス2と覆い材3との間の隙間、ケーブル芯線6とケーブル絶縁被覆7との間の隙間、ケーブル絶縁被覆7とケーブルカバー8との間の隙間、および覆い材3とケーブルとの間の隙間に、絶縁性を有する液体LQを含浸させる。
