Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une matière matricielle poreuse structurellement stable, dont les surfaces internes sont au moins en partie colonisées par des cellules adhérentes, ledit procédé consistant à cultiver des cellules de mammifères dans des conditions de culture cellulaire dans un milieu de culture cellulaire dans le bio-réacteur, qui est agité par un mouvement oscillant. Par conséquent, le bio-réacteur utilisé dans le procédé de l'invention n'est pas doté d'agitateurs amovibles ou d'éléments de mélange statiques, mais au lieu de cela offre des surfaces internes sensiblement planes ou courbes, c'est-à-dire sans éléments qui se projettent ou font saillie sur la surface interne du bio-réacteur.
