Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication d'un revêtement polymère résistant à l'usure qui résiste aux milieux agressifs sur des éléments de construction des bâtiments et structures en métal ou en béton, de la protection anticorrosion des éléments de construction de canalisations, d'unités fonctionnelles et d'appareils en métal dans différents domaines de la technique, qui s'utilise également dans la construction de planchers autonivelants anticorrosion résistant à l'usure qui résistent aux solvants et aux produits pétroliers et dans des finitions décoratives de ces surfaces à protéger. La composition polymère fait partie des compositions conditionnées dans des emballages doubles et est obtenue par le contact, qui précède directement l'application du revêtement, d'un composant A comprenant une résine époxy diane, une résine époxy aliphatique ou des écailles andésiques basaltiques d'une fraction 0,001-0,4 mm, et d'un composant B comprenant un mélange de durcisseur et d'écailles andésiques basaltiques. Le revêtement obtenu assure des propriétés barrière élevées et empêche le contact entre un milieu agressif et corrosif et la surface à protéger; en outre, il possède une résistance élevée à l'usure par frottement.
