Abstract

 一軸偏心ネジポンプ10は、鉄系材質からなるロータ基材と、その表面に形成されロータ基材よりも熱伝導率が高い中間層と、該中間層の表面に形成されたDLC膜からなる表層とを備えた雄ネジ形ロータ14を備えている。この一軸偏心ネジポンプ10を駆動すると、雄ネジ形ロータ14と雌ネジ形ステータ12の螺旋溝との間に形成される空洞部38にスラリーが充填されながら出口22に向かって移動していく。このとき、出口付近が面圧の上昇によって高温になったとしても、その熱は雄ネジ形ロータ14の熱伝導性の高い中間層を介して出口側から入口側へと拡散するため均熱化される。したがって、移送液を略一定の温度で供給することができる。また、最表面にDLC膜を有しているため、高摩耗性のスラリーを移送したとしても摩耗の影響がほとんどない。
