Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de gestion des marchandises capable de saisir un nombre précis de marchandises dans un stock et d'afficher rapidement les informations sur les marchandises. Le système de gestion des marchandises utilise un ordinateur pour gérer l'inventaire des marchandises présentées dans une vitrine. La vitrine comprend : des étagères ; une antenne de petite taille qui permet de communiquer avec des étiquettes d'identification par radiofréquence (RFID) de marchandises exposées à l'avant des étagères ; une antenne de grande taille qui permet de communiquer avec les étiquettes RFID de toutes les marchandises exposées sur les étagères ; et un lecteur/enregistreur qui communique constamment avec les étiquettes RFID au moyen de l'antenne de petite taille et communique aussi avec les étiquettes RFID au moyen d'une antenne de grande taille selon des intervalles de temps prédéterminés, qui lit ainsi des nombres uniques et qui, lorsqu'une marchandise est retirée d'une étagère, détecte, à partir des nombres uniques lus au moyen de l'antenne de petite taille, un nombre unique correspondant à cette marchandise. L'ordinateur possède une partie commande qui gère l'inventaire des marchandises à partir des nombres uniques des étiquettes RFID lus à l'aide des antennes.
