随着信息技术的日益发展, 信息的传递方式越来越丰富, 其中信息共享 的方式成为目前主要信息传递方式之一。 为方便描述, 下文中对共享者和接 受共享者进行定义:
提供共享者: 把信息主动提供共享给别人的用户称为提供共享者; 接受共享者: 接受共享信息的用户称为接受共享者。
现有技术中, 计算机网络中的共享数字传递方法是将共享信息打包后上 传到共享者登记的服务器上, 并分别设置接受共享者的可访问权限以及向有 权限获取所述共享信息的用户发送共享相关消息, 使得该用户可以根据需要 直接从共享者登记的服务器上下载共享的数据。 发明内容
本发明实施方式要解决的技术问题是提供一种信息共享方法、 服务器及 系统, 可以提高信息共享的效率和灵活性。
提供一种信息共享服务器, 包括: 再次共享请求单元, 用于在接收到提 供共享者的允许信息再次共享设置指令后发送允许再次共享设置请求; 再次 共享设置单元, 用于接收来自所述再次共享请求单元的允许再次共享设置请 求, 并将标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次对所述标的共享信息进行共 享的状态; 再次共享指示单元, 用于在接收到再次共享请求指令后发送再次 共享请求; 再次共享单元, 用于接收来自所述再次共享指示单元的指向所述 标的共享信息的再次共享请求, 并将所述标的共享信息设置为共享状态。

本发明实施方式提供一种网络中信息共享的方法及其信息共享服务器和 系统, 对数据设置可再次共享或多次共享的状态。 如果设置成可再次或多次 共享, 则接受共享者可以通过此系统再次把该数据共享给别人; 如果设置成 不可再次或多次共享、 或没有进行共享设置, 则系统控制接受共享者, 使其 不能再次把该数据共享给别人。 此外, 在接受共享者登录系统后, 可以直接 地、 方便地查看别人给自己的共享或再次 /多次共享。 本发明实施方式可以通 过有线或者无线网络共享信息, 使信息更广泛和快速地传播, 丰富人们的网 络生活。
一种实施方式, 如图 1所示, 本发明提供的信息共享服务器的原理框图, 包括:
再次共享设置单元 121 , 用于接收再次共享设置请求, 并将标的共享信息 设置为接受共享者可再次对其进行共享的状态;
再次共享单元 122, 用于接收针对所述标的共享信息的再次共享请求, 并 将所述标的共享信息设置为共享状态。
在这种实施方式中, 信息共享服务器接受来自客户端的允许再次共享设 置请求, 并对标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次对其进行共享的状态, 之后由接受共享者通过客户端对信息共享服务器中的所述标的共享信息进行 共享设置, 完成再次共享处理的功能, 实现丰富信息来源、 更广泛和快速地 传播信息的目的。
一种实施方式, 如图 2所示, 本发明提供的信息共享服务器的原理框图, 包括:
再次共享请求单元 211 ,用于在接收到提供共享者的允许信息再次共享设 置指令后发送允许再次共享设置请求;

再次共享指示单元 212,用于在接收到再次共享请求指令后发送再次共享 请求;
再次共享单元 222,用于接收来自所述再次共享指示单元 212的指向所述 标的共享信息的再次共享请求, 并将所述标的共享信息设置为共享状态。
在这种实施方式中, 在接收到再次共享请求单元 211 发送的再次共享设 置指令后, 由再次共享设置单元 221 将标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再 次对其进行共享的状态, 这样, 等再接收到再次共享指示单元 212发送的再 次共享请求指令时, 本实施方式可以釆用再次共享单元 222将所述标的共享 信息设置为共享状态, 实现二次或多次共享的目的, 丰富信息来源, 使信息 更广泛和快速地传播, 丰富人们的网络生活。
一种实施方式, 参阅图 3 , 为本发明提供的信息共享服务器的原理框图, 包括交互模块 310、 共享设置模块 320、 上传模块 330、 存储模块 340、 通讯 录模块 350以及消息发送模块 360。
所述交互模块 310包括再次共享请求单元 311、 再次共享指示单元 312、 共享取消请求单元 313以及显示单元 314。所述共享设置模块 320包括再次共 享设置单元 321、 再次共享单元 322以及共享取消单元 323。
所述交互模块 310的再次共享请求单元 311用于在接收到提供共享者的 允许信息再次共享设置指令后发送允许再次共享设置请求; 在本实施方式中, 具体是在接收到提供共享者的允许信息再次共享设置指令后, 从所述通讯录 模块 350提供的联系人列表中选择指定共享者, 发送允许所述指定共享者对 标的共享信息进行再次共享的允许再次共享设置请求;
所述共享设置模块 320的再次共享设置单元 321用于接收来自所述再次 共享请求单元 311 的允许再次共享设置请求, 并将标的共享信息设置为接受 共享者可再次对其进行共享的状态; 这里, 提供共享者可以已经对信息进行

所述消息发送模块 360用于在所述再次共享设置单元 321将标的共享信 息设置为所述指定共享者可再次对所述数据进行共享的状态后, 将此共享事 件通过消息通知所述指定共享者; 在本实施方式中, 所述消息发送模块 360 连接有线网络或无线网络, 通过所述有线网络或无线网络将所述共享事件通 过消息通知所述指定共享者, 比如通过短信、 彩信或者即时消息发送;
所述交互模块 310的显示单元 314用于向用户展示信息, 包括: 显示系 统界面、 登录界面等, 又比如用户登录系统后, 自动展示用户拥有的信息等; 所述上传模块 330负责处理用户的数据上传请求, 进行必要的检查处理, 如协同所述交互模块 310的显示单元 314—起提供界面给用户选择信息对象、 限制文件大小等, 完成内容上传操作; 并且, 在用户上传信息时, 上传模块 330把信息的属性数据传递给共享设置模块 320的再次共享设置单元 321, 利 于共享设置模块 320对信息进行共享设置;
所述存储模块 340用于接收上传模块 330上传的数据并保存; 具体上, 用于负责分类存储、 管理用户上传的信息, 可以是文本、 图片、 音视频等; 所述交互模块 310的共享取消请求单元 313用于在接收到提供共享者的 共享取消指令后发送取消共享请求; 在本实施方式中, 具体是在接收到提供
共享者的取消信息共享指令后, 从所述通讯录模块 350提供的联系人列表中 选择取消共享者, 发送将所述取消共享者与标的共享信息的共享关系取消的 取消共享请求;
所述共享设置模块 320的共享取消单元 323 ,用于在接收所述取消共享请 求后取消所述标的共享信息的共享状态; 具体是根据所述通讯录模块 350提 供的取消共享者信息, 将所述取消共享者与标的共享信息的共享关系取消。
这里, 所述通讯录模块 350在提供联系人信息给所述再次共享请求单元 311的基础上, 提供联系人信息给所述共享取消请求单元 313 , 供其在所述取 消共享请求中加入需要取消共享权限的接受共享者信息, 也就是形成包括取 消共享者信息的所述取消共享请求。
所述交互模块 310的显示单元 314还用于在接受共享者登录后, 显示来 自消息发送模块 360的所述消息, 或者直接显示存储模块 340中可再次共享 的信息对象、 以及再次共享设置单元 321 中保存的用户联系人列表; 用户在 这些消息或信息对象中选择需要共享给别人的内容, 在联系人列表中选择指 定共享者, 触发再次共享请求指令的发送;
所述交互模块 310的再次共享指示单元 312用于在接收到再次共享请求 指令后发送再次共享请求; 在本实施方式中, 具体是在接收到提供共享者的 再次共享请求指令后, 从所述通讯录模块 350提供的联系人列表中选择接受 共享者, 发送将已设置为允许再次共享的标的共享信息共享给所述接受共享 者的再次共享请求;
所述共享设置模块 320的再次共享单元 322用于接收来自所述再次共享 指示单元 312 的再次共享请求, 并将所述标的共享信息对指定共享者设置为 共享状态; 并在将所述标的共享信息设置为共享状态后, 将所述标的共享信 息针对所述指定共享者设置为不可再次共享状态。 这里, 对应上述的举例, 因为 A对标的共享信息设置了共享权限, 使得 B在看到该信息时, 除了得到 该信息外, 还得到权限对该信息进行再次共享, 比如共享给 C; A给予 B的 共享权限可以是一次性的, 在 B对标的共享信息进行了再次共享后, 再次共
享单元 322针对所述指定共享者 C, 将所述标的共享信息设置为 C不可对其 进行再次共享的状态, 即 C得到该标的共享信息后, 不能再继续对该信息设 置共享; 在多次共享设置的实施方式中, A对信息共享权限的设置可以是多 次, 比如在 A给予 B的再次共享权限后, B还可以给予 C的再次共享权限, 等等。
这里, 所述通讯录模块 350在上述结构与功能的基础上, 进一步提供联 系人信息给所述再次共享指示单元 312,供其在所述再次共享请求中加入获得 共享权限的接受共享者信息, 也就是形成包括接受共享者信息的所述再次共 享请求。
上述的显示单元 314作为用户与系统的界面处理单元、 除用于显示别人 共享给登录用户的信息外, 还可用于显示登录用户共享给别人的信息等。 登 录用户通过该界面进行各种操作, 可以查看自己的信息、 别人共享给自己的 信息及共享相关信息、 自己共享给别人的信息; 还可用于显示信息上传、 删 除、 修改等管理的界面; 显示设置或者取消信息共享的界面; 显示设置共享 通知方式的界面;
比如, 当别人通过再次共享请求单元 311、再次共享设置单元 321给用户 自己设置了某信息共享后, 用户自己登录系统, 显示单元 314 则提取再次共 享设置单元 321 内对应该用户的各种共享相关信息, 比如别人允许该用户再 次共享某信息对象的信息, 用户可以看到该信息的图标或者缩略图; 共享相 关信息是指对提供共享者、 共享时间等的一些说明, 可根据实际应用进一步 扩展该共享相关信息; 同样, 用户登录系统后, 显示单元 314 可以提取用户 自己通过再次共享请求单元 311、再次共享设置单元 321共享给别人的相关信 息, 然后显示出来; 显示单元 314还可以提取用户自己上传到存储模块 340 中的信息对象信息, 显示出来、 供用户查看和进行再次共享设置等操作。
本信息共享服务器实施方式在应用时, 可以进行以下操作:
1 )显示单元 314提供登录界面, 提供共享者可以从登录界面进入系统, 通过上传模块 330把信息的实体上传到存储模块 340 ,并把信息的属性数据存
储到再次共享设置单元 321 ;
2 )信息上传完毕后, 提供共享者可以通过显示单元 314显示的界面查看 存储模块 340 中上传的信息对象, 对其设置首次共享; 之后, 通过再次共享 设置单元 321 提供的用户联系人列表选择指定共享者; 用户操作之后, 触发 再次共享请求单元 311 产生再次共享设置请求并发送给再次共享设置单元 321 , 再通过再次共享设置单元 321对存储模块 340中用户选中的信息对象对 所述指定共享者设置共享;
如果提供共享者就是信息的所有者, 在提供共享者针对某信息设置共享 时, 再次共享请求单元 311可以提供选择: 该信息对象是否允许被二次共享、 多次共享;
控制是否可以对信息进行二次共享、 多次共享的权限由再次共享设置单 元 321查询自己记录的数据、 并进行逻辑判断实现。
提供共享者进行选择后, 触发再次共享请求单元 311 发送针对该信息对 象的允许再次共享设置请求; 再次共享设置单元 321 对再次共享设置请求进 行处理, 比如存储共享关系、 共享时间、 设置允许再次或多次共享标志等, 以便后续进行相应信息展示和判断信息是否允许被再次共享;
3 )共享设置成功后, 消息发送模块 360将此共享设置事件通过有线或无 线方式发送给接受共享者(即指定共享者), 比如通过短信、 彩信或者即时消 息发送; 具体的通知方式由再次共享设置单元 321 记录, 在通知时按照记录 的通知方式将共享设置事件通过消息进行发送。
同时, 显示单元 314从所述再次共享设置单元 321提取共享设置信息, 并刷新用户的登录界面, 即对在被允许再次共享的信息对象上打上共享标志 以便和未被共享信息进行区别;
由于共享信息的属性数据、 共享关系等都在再次共享设置单元 321 有记 录, 因此显示单元 314通过查询再次共享设置单元 321 的记录数据来实现信 息、 信息属性数据以及共享信息的展示;
4 )显示单元 314提供登录界面给接受共享者, 接受共享者主动登录, 或
者在收到从消息发送模块 360发送过来的再次共享消息后登录系统; 在接受 共享者登录后, 显示单元 314显示存储模块 340中该用户拥有的信息对象、 以及从再次共享设置单元 321 中提取该用户相关信息, 包括允许被再次共享 的信息对象以及其共享时间、 共享人等相关信息; 显示信息对象时, 以信息 的图标或者缩略图的形式进行显示;
5 )在用户选中允许被再次共享的信息对象后, 可以从存储在通讯录模块 350的联系人列表中或者手动添加选择接受共享者, 或者不限定接受共享者, 任何人都可以得到该被共享的信息对象; 然后, 通过交互模块 310 的再次共 享指示单元 312提供的指令下发界面下发再次共享指令; 再次共享指示单元 312接收到再次共享请求指令后, 发送再次共享请求给再次共享单元 322; 再 次共享单元 322接收到指向所述标的共享信息的再次共享请求后, 将所述标 的共享信息对选定的接受共享者设置为共享状态。 这里, 用户选择了特定的 接受共享者, 则只有所述特定的接受共享者可以得到该信息对象; 同时, 显 示单元 314显示刷新后的界面信息, 包括已更新为共享状态的信息对象和未 设置成共享状态的其他信息对象;
6 )信息对象被设置共享后, 还可以取消共享, 具体是用户通过交互模块 310的共享取消请求单元 313提供的指令下发界面对标的共享信息下发共享取 消指令, 下发的指令可以包括需要取消共享的信息对象和被取消共享关系的 接受共享者, 或仅包含需要取消的信息对象, 此时默认的被取消共享关系的 接受共享者是全部用户; 共享取消请求单元 313 在接收到提供共享者的共享 取消指令后从所述通讯录模块 350提供的联系人列表中选择取消共享者(即 被取消共享关系的接受共享者) 的信息, 形成取消共享请求并发送; 共享取 消单元 323 则用于在接收到所述取消共享请求后, 将所述取消共享者与标的 数据对象的共享关系取消;
提供共享者取消信息共享分三种情况:
1 )一种是信息所有者取消信息对象的共享, 共享取消单元 323允许信息 所有者取消信息对某个人的共享或者把该信息的共享关系全部取消;
2 )一种是非信息所有者取消信息对象的共享, 共享取消单元 323控制该 用户不可以取消信息对象的所有共享关系; 提供共享者直接取消的共享都是 他曾经设置的共享; 如果取消了对某个人的共享, 则依赖于该人的共享关系
(传递的共享关系)也被取消;
3 )一种是信息所有者取消信息对象的再次共享, 共享取消单元 323允许 信息所有者取消信息对某个人和某个信息对象的再次共享, 或者把该信息对 象的再次共享关系全部取消; 取消之后, 被取消再次共享关系的接受共享者 不能对该信息对象设置共享, 但可以在信息所有者把该信息对象共享给它之 后, 得到该信息对象。
此外, 存储模块 340还提供信息的删除、 修改等管理操作。
本发明附图 3所示信息共享服务器的实施方式与上述附图 1所示实施方 式类似, 不同之处在于:

所述终端的请求发送单元还可用于发送下发请求; 因此, 所述信息共享
服务器还包括下发单元 423 ,用于接受所述终端发送的所述下发请求后向接收 共享者发送可再次进行共享的信息对象标识;
所述终端还包括显示单元 412, 用于显示信息, 包括用于在接受共享者登 录后, 显示来自所述下发单元 423 的所述接受共享者可再次进行共享的信息 对象。
值得说明的是, 在附图 3 所示本发明实施方式中, 信息共享服务器中交 互模块 310的再次共享请求单元 311、 再次共享指示单元 312、 共享取消请求 单元 313和显示单元 314、 以及共享设置模块 320的再次共享设置单元 321、 再次共享单元 322和共享取消单元 323可以集成在一个处理模块中;同理, 在 附图 1、 附图 2和附图 4所示实施方式中,信息共享服务器和系统中的各单元 也可以集成在一个处理模块中; 或者, 前述各实施方式各单元中的任何两个 或两个以上都可以集成在一个处理模块中。
还值得说明的是, 本发明信息共享服务器、 系统实施方式中的各单元既 可以釆用硬件的形式实现, 可软件实现的部分也可以釆用软件功能模块的形 式实现。 相应地, 本发明信息共享服务器实施方式中的交互模块 310、 共享设 置模块 320 既可以作为独立的产品销售或使用, 可软件实现的部分也可以存 储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中进行销售或使用。
一种实施方式, 参阅图 5 , 为本发明还提供的信息共享方法的流程图, 包 括以下步骤:
步骤 501、 将标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次对其进行共享的状 态;
步骤 502、 在所述标的共享信息为可再次对其进行共享的状态下, 将所述 标的共享信息设置为共享状态;
步骤 503、 在将所述标的共享信息设置为共享状态后, 将所述标的共享信 息设置为不可再次共享状态。
本实施方式中, 步骤 501 是先对标的共享信息设置为可再次共享状态, 可以指定可以得到该再次共享权利的共享人; 步骤 502 则在已经对标的共享
信息设置了可再次共享的状态下, 其他用户对该标的共享信息进行共享设置, 把不属于它的标的共享信息共享给第三方, 实现再次共享的目的; 步骤 503 则是约束操作, 约束得到再次共享权利的共享人使用完该权利后, 收回该再 次共享的权利, 得到再次共享权利的共享人不能继续对标的共享信息进行再 次共享的设置, 以区别于所述标的共享信息的所有者。
为指定共享者, 所述步骤 501 : 将标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次 对其进行共享的状态可以包括以下子步骤:
Al、 在提供共享者的联系人资料中选择接受共享者, 发送允许所述接受 共享者对标的共享信息进行再次共享的允许再次共享设置请求;
A2、 接收到所述后允许再次共享设置请求, 将标的共享信息设置为所述 接受共享者可再次对所述数据进行共享的状态。
为尽快将此再次共享设置时间通知指定共享人, 所述步骤: 将标的共享 信息设置为接受共享者可再次对其进行共享的状态之后, 进一步包括: 通过 有线网络或无线网络将此共享事件通知所述指定共享者。
为实现指定共享者可视化操作, 所述步骤 502: 将所述标的共享信息设置 为共享状态包括:
Bl、 在接受共享者登录后, 显示所述接受共享者可再次进行共享的数据 对象;
B2、 在显示的数据对象中选择所述标的共享信息, 并对其设置共享状态。 以下结合本发明信息共享方法和附图 3 所示信息共享服务器实施方式, 对共享处理的各环节进行具体描述。
一、 首先, 对信息上传的流程进行描述。 参阅图 6, 所述信息上传的流程 包括以下步骤:
1 )终端一侧的显示单元 314提供登录界面, 提供共享者通过终端软件登 录信息共享服务器, 提供共享者通过该界面提出信息上传申请;
2 )显示单元 314继续进行上传相关操作展示, 提示用户选择文件和添加 描述;
3 )用户选择本地文件并添加描述信息, 确认上传;
4 )上传请求通过显示单元 314提交给上传模块 330;
5 )上传模块 330进行上传信息大小、 内容等检查;
6 )如果信息不符合要求则返回错误信息;
7 )显示单元 314返回错误信息给用户, 提示用户上传失败;
8 )如果信息符合要求则提交存储信息请求给存储模块 340;
9 )存储模块 340检查用户空间并进行信息分类、 存储处理;
10 )返回处理结果给上传模块 330;
11 )如果信息存储失败则返回处理失败给显示单元 314;
12 )显示单元 314返回用户失败消息;
13 )如果信息存储成功, 则上传模块 330把信息的属性数据传递给再次 共享设置单元 321 ;
14 )再次共享设置单元 321记录属性数据,返回处理结果给上传模块 330;
15 )上传模块 330返回处理结果给显示单元 314;
16 )显示单元 314返回处理结果给用户, 提示用户上传结果。
二、 其次, 对信息一次共享 (同时进行是否允许再次共享的设置) 流程 进行描述。 参阅图 7 , 所述对信息一次共享的流程包括以下步骤:
1 )用户 A通过终端软件登录系统, 通过显示单元 314门户查看信息;
2 )显示单元 314从再次共享设置单元 321读取用户的属性数据并进行信 息展示, 包括用户自己的信息、 用户联系人共享给自己的信息;
3 )提供共享者 A可以通过显示单元 314显示的界面查看存储模块 340中 上传的信息对象, 并对其进行首次共享; 之后, 按照指令进入再次共享设置 过程, 显示单元 314显示通讯录模块 350提供的用户联系人列表, 展示接受 共享人选择、 是否允许再次共享设置选择的选项; 用户选择信息对象、 选定 是否允许对其设置再次共享、 选择指定共享者、 设置通知指定共享者的方式; 用户的操作就是再次共享设置指令;
用户的指令中, 可以包括: 信息对象是否允许被二次、 多次共享 (次数
可设置) 的信息;
4 )显示单元 314向通讯录模块 350进行联系人列表查询;
5 )通讯录模块 350返回联系人列表;
6 )显示单元 314向终端的用户显示联系人列表;
7 )用户选定联系人, 向显示单元 314发送再次共享设置指令;
8 )显示单元 314根据用户的再次共享设置指令,生成再次共享设置请求, 通过再次共享设置单元 321对存储模块 340中用户选中的信息对象, 发起操 作申请;
9 )信息再次共享设置单元 321对选中的信息对象进行再次共享设置处理, 并记录共享关系、 共享时间、 该信息允许几次被共享等;
10 )返回处理结果;
11 )显示单元 314返回处理结果给用户, 并刷新界面, 给已经共享的信 息对象打上共享标记;
12 )再次共享设置单元 321 判断共享设置完成后, 查询内部数据记录, 判断用户设置的共享事件通知方式, 传送相应参数, 向消息发送模块 360 申 请消息发送;
13 ) 消息发送模块 360发送消息给接受共享者;
14 )接受共享者之一 B由终端登录系统, 通过显示单元 314查看信息;
15 )显示单元 314根据该接受共享者信息在再次共享设置单元 321里记 录的信息数据中进行查询, 并进行信息展示, 包括该用户自己的信息、 联系 人共享给自己的信息; 或者, 接收从消息发送模块 360发送过来的共享事件 信息, 显示给登录用户;
16 )接受共享者 B查看或者下载共享信息。
三、 再次, 对信息二次共享流程进行描述, 该流程与上述一次共享流程 相似, 不同点是信息共享者不是信息的所有者, 而是信息所有者把信息共享 该用户并且把信息设置成了可再次共享。 参阅图 8 , 所述对信息二次共享流程 包括以下步骤:
I )用户 A通过终端上显示单元 314展示的登录界面登录系统;
2 )显示单元 314从再次共享设置单元 321读取用户的信息数据并进行信 息展示, 信息以图标或者缩略图形式出现; 展示的信息包括用户自己的信息、 用户联系人共享给自己的信息;
3 )用户给某内容设置共享, 向显示单元 314发送联系人列表查询请求; 4 )显示单元 314向通讯录模块 350进行联系人列表查询;
5 )通讯录模块 350返回联系人列表;
6 )显示单元 314向终端的用户显示联系人列表;
7 )用户选定联系人, 向显示单元 314发送再次共享设置指令;
8 )显示单元 314显示再次共享指示单元 312提供的共享设置操作入口, 显示单元 314同时展示通讯录模块 350提供的接受共享者列表, 用户选择可 以进行共享的信息对象, 并选择接受共享人; 再次共享指示单元 312根据用 户操作产生再次共享请求, 并发送给再次共享单元 322;
9 )再次共享单元 322接收来自所述再次共享指示单元 312的指向所述标 的共享信息的再次共享请求, 并将所述标的共享信息对指定共享者设置为共 享状态; 并在将所述标的共享信息设置为共享状态后, 将所述标的共享信息 针对所述指定共享者设置为不可再次共享状态 ;
再次共享单元 322同时记录共享关系、 共享时间等;
10 )返回处理结果;
II )显示单元 314显示处理结果给共享者, 并刷新信息展示, 给共享的 信息打上共享标记;
12 )再次共享单元 322 判断共享设置完成后, 查询内部数据记录, 判断 用户设置的共享通知方式, 传送相应参数, 申请消息发送;
13 ) 消息发送模块 360发送消息给接受共享者;
14 )接受共享者之一 B由终端登录信息共享服务器, 查看信息;
15 )显示单元 314查询再次共享单元 322里记录的信息数据进行信息展 示, 包括该用户自己的信息、 联系人共享给自己的信息;
16 )接受共享者 B查看或者下载共享信息。
四、 最后, 对取消信息共享流程进行描述。 参阅图 9 , 所述取消信息共享 流程包括以下步骤:
1 )用户通过上显示单元 314展示的登录界面登录信息共享服务器, 查看 信息;
2 )显示单元 314从再次共享设置单元 321/再次共享单元 322读取用户的 属性数据并进行信息展示, 包括用户自己的信息、 用户联系人共享给自己的 信息;
3 )显示单元 314显示共享取消请求单元 313提供的取消信息共享的操作 界面, 用户针对某个自己共享出去的信息进行取消共享操作;
4 )共享取消请求单元 313处理用户的操作, 根据用户信息, 从再次共享 设置单元 321/再次共享单元 322查询出某信息的共享关系, 得出用户把信息 共享给谁的结果, 即共享人是该用户的、 针对该信息的接受共享者列表, 同 时查询该用户是否为此信息的所有者;
5 )返回信息的接受共享者列表以及查询结果到共享取消请求单元 313 , 共享取消请求单元 313再将这些信息提供给显示单元 314;
6 )显示单元 314以一定形式展示接受共享人列表给用户, 并根据查询结 果判断是否给出取消该信息所有共享关系的操作, 如果是则给出;
7 )用户选择要取消的接受共享者或者完全不共享该信息,确认取消操作; 完全不共享该信息只有信息所有者可以操作, 非信息所有者可以取消自己曾 经设置的共享;
8 )共享取消请求单元 313根据用户的确认信息, 产生取消共享请求, 发 送取消共享请求到通讯录模块 350 ,通知其在数据库中的提供共享者的联系人 资料中查找所述请求中包含的取消共享者信息;
9 )共享取消单元根据所述通讯录模块 350找到的取消共享者信息, 将所 述取消共享者与标的共享信息的共享关系取消, 并把内部该信息的共享关系 记录进行更新处理;
10 )返回处理结果到显示单元 314;
11 )显示单元 314显示处理结果给用户。
除上述流程外, 还有信息删除、 修改流程, 内容删除流程, 用户设置共 享通知方式流程等, 这里不再赘述。
综上所述, 本发明实施方式带来的有益效果包括但不限于以下方面:
1 )提供完善、 灵活的信息共享机制, 充分利用网络资源, 有效促进信息 传递的速度和广度, 提升信息共享效率, 提升用户体验。 用户可以方便进行 信息共享和传递, 在二次共享或多次共享时, 无需进行内容实体传递, 丰富 信息来源, 增加信息传播途径, 更容易在用户周围形成互动圈子; 同时, 用 户还可以方便的取消信息共享, 对信息进行管理;
2 )本发明实施方式应用范围大, 不局限于任一网络, 可应用于互联网、 移动网络, 应用范围广泛, 有利于不同网络间信息的互通;
3 )用户可以从公用服务器查看共享信息, 不需要进入共享者登记的服务 器中就能获取共享信息, 避免提供共享者登记的服务器出现故障不能进入的 技术问题。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述信息共享方法实施方式中的全部 或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以存储 于计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可以包括前述本发明信息共 享方法各个实施方式的内容。这里所称得的存储介质,如: ROM/RAM、磁碟、 光盘等。
以上对本发明所提供的一种信息共享方法、 服务器和系统通过具体实施 例进行了详细介绍, 以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其 思想; 同时, 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 依据本发明的思想, 在具体实施 方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对 本发明的限制。
Claims
1、 一种信息共享服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
再次共享请求单元, 用于在接收到提供共享者的允许信息再次共享设置指 令后发送允许再次共享设置请求;
再次共享设置单元, 用于接收来自所述再次共享请求单元的允许再次共享 设置请求, 并将标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次对所述标的共享信息进 行共享的状态;
再次共享指示单元, 用于在接收到再次共享请求指令后发送再次共享请求; 再次共享单元, 用于接收来自所述再次共享指示单元的指向所述标的共享 信息的再次共享请求, 并将所述标的共享信息设置为共享状态。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的信息共享服务器, 其特征在于, 进一步包括消息 发送模块, 用于在所述再次共享设置单元将标的共享信息设置为所述接受共享 者可再次对所述数据进行共享的状态后, 将此共享事件的通知消息向所述接受 共享者发送。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的信息共享服务器, 其特征在于, 所述消息发送模 块连接有线网络或无线网络, 通过所述有线网络或所述无线网络将所述共享事 件通过消息通知所述接受共享者。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的信息共享服务器, 其特征在于, 进一步包括显示 单元, 用于显示信息对象, 包括用于在接受共享者登录后, 显示所述接受共享 者可再次进行共享的信息对象。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的信息共享服务器, 其特征在于, 进一步 包括通讯录模块, 用于提供联系人信息, 包括用于在所述再次共享请求单元接 收到提供共享者的允许信息再次共享设置指令后, 提供联系人信息给所述再次 共享请求单元, 供其在所述允许再次共享设置请求中加入允许所述联系人对标 的共享信息进行再次共享的信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的信息共享服务器, 其特征在于, 进一步 包括:
共享取消请求单元, 用于在接收到提供共享者的共享取消指令后发送取消 共享请求;
共享取消单元, 用于在接收所述取消共享请求后, 取消所述标的共享信息 的共享状态。
7、 一种信息共享服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
再次共享设置单元, 用于接收再次共享设置请求, 并将标的共享信息设置 为接受共享者可再次对其进行共享的状态;
再次共享单元, 用于接收针对所述标的共享信息的再次共享请求, 并将所 述标的共享信息设置为共享状态。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的信息共享服务器, 其特征在于, 进一步包括消息 发送模块, 用于在所述再次共享设置单元将标的共享信息设置为所述接受共享 者可再次对所述数据进行共享的状态后, 将此共享事件的通知消息向所述接受 共享者发送。
9、 一种信息共享系统, 其特征在于, 包括信息共享服务器和终端, 所述终端包括:
请求发送单元, 用于发送指令, 包括发送指向标的共享信息的允许信息再 次共享设置请求和再次共享请求;
所述信息共享服务器包括:
再次共享设置单元, 用于接收来自所述请求发送单元的允许再次共享设置 请求, 并将所述标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次对所述标的共享信息进 行共享的状态;
再次共享单元, 用于接收来自所述请求发送单元的再次共享请求, 并将所 述标的共享信息设置为共享状态。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述终端的请求发送单元还用于在接受共享者登录后发送下发请求;
所述信息共享服务器还包括下发单元, 用于接受所述终端发送的所述下发 请求后向接收共享者发送所述接受共享者可再次进行共享的信息对象信息; 所述终端还包括显示单元, 用于显示信息, 包括用于显示来自所述下发单 元的可再次进行共享的信息对象。
11、 一种信息共享方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
将标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次对其进行共享的状态;
在所述标的共享信息为可再次对其进行共享的状态下, 将所述标的共享信 息设置为共享状态;
在将所述标的共享信息设置为共享状态后, 将所述标的共享信息设置为不 可再次共享状态。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的信息共享方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤: 将标 的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次对其进行共享的状态包括:
在提供共享者的联系人资料中选择接受共享者, 发送允许所述接受共享者 对标的共享信息进行再次共享的允许再次共享设置请求;
接收到所述允许再次共享设置请求后, 将标的共享信息设置为所述接受共 享者可再次对所述数据进行共享的状态。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的信息共享方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步骤: 将 标的共享信息设置为接受共享者可再次对其进行共享的状态之后, 进一步包括: 通过有线网络或无线网络将此共享事件通知所述指定共享者。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的信息共享方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤: 将所 述标的共享信息设置为共享状态包括:
在接受共享者登录后, 显示所述接受共享者可再次进行共享的信息对象; 在显示的信息对象中选择所述标的共享信息, 并对其设置共享状态。
