Abstract
Cette invention concerne un procédé destiné à exprimer la qualité de communication d'un téléphone de réseau. La qualité de communication du téléphone de réseau est exprimée au niveau d'un usager sous la forme d'un caractère ou d'un chiffre. Le procédé d'évaluation de la qualité de communication consiste à calculer les coefficients de perte de paquets de données vocales et de paquets de données d'images du téléphone de réseau dans les deux sens; puis à calculer le retard d'arrivée des paquets de données. La qualité de communication est évaluée par analyse exhaustive.
