La qualité de communication du téléphone de réseau est exprimée au niveau d'un usager sous la forme d'un caractère ou d'un chiffre. Le procédé d'évaluation de la qualité de communication consiste à calculer les coefficients de perte de paquets de données vocales et de paquets de données d'images du téléphone de réseau dans les deux sens; puis à calculer le retard d'arrivée des paquets de données. La qualité de communication est évaluée par analyse exhaustive.
