Abstract

La présente invention concerne un outil de coupe ayant une structure selon laquelle un insert peut être amené à tourner sans complètement détacher une vis de serrage d'un organe de retenue pour faire correspondre la nouvelle arête de coupe ou angle de coupe de l'insert à une pièce à travailler devant être usinée, et un insert peut être retiré d'un organe de retenue sans complètement détacher une vis de serrage d'un organe de retenue. Un outil de coupe selon la présente invention comprend un organe de retenue consistant en une partie de logement comportant des surfaces latérale et inférieure et un trou de serrage formé au dessous de la partie de logement ; un insert comportant des parties de coupe et un trou traversant central et monté sur la partie de logement de l'organe de retenue ; et une vis de serrage pour fixer l'insert à l'organe de retenue, la vis de serrage comprenant une partie de tête amenée à être en contact avec une surface périphérique interne du trou traversant de l'insert et une partie d'accouplement passant à travers le trou traversant de l'insert et couplée avec le trou de serrage de l'organe de retenue. Ici, le trou de serrage de l'organe de retenue a une ligne centrale inclinée à un angle par rapport à une ligne perpendiculaire à la surface inférieure de la partie de logement, la partie de tête de la vis de serrage consiste en une partie cylindrique supérieure et en une partie conique inférieure, le trou traversant de l'insert comprend une partie de diamètre minimal et une région supérieure ayant un diamètre qui augmente progressivement en direction de l'extrémité supérieure, et le diamètre de la partie cylindrique supérieure de la partie de tête de la vis de serrage est plus petit que celui de la partie de diamètre minimal du trou traversant de l'insert, mais une longueur d'un axe allongé horizontal de la partie de tête de la vis de serrage qui est inclinée à l'angle est plus grande qu'un diamètre de la partie de diamètre minimal.
