Abstract

 本発明は、両面非球面型のレンズの製造過程において、両面の相対的な位置ズレが許容範囲であるか否かを容易に評価する方法を提供する。本発明の累進屈折力レンズの評価方法は、まず、累進屈折力レンズの複数の点の度数を測定し、実測度数分布を得る。次に、実測度数分布に基づいて作成された比較用度数分布と、予め準備しておいた不良度数分布とを比較し、両者の類似調査を行う。その後、類似調査工程の結果に基づいて比較用度数分布と不良度数分布が類似しているか否かを判定し、両者が類似していると判定すると、累進屈折力レンズを不良と評価する。
