Abstract

 カム部材及びカム部材に当接する当接部材の頂部の摩耗を防ぐことができ、製造も容易なヒンジ装置を提供する。  山形カム部材9は、樹脂により成型されると共に、少なくともその頂部12が樹脂よりも硬度の高い材質で構成される。当接部材7は、少なくともその頂部15が樹脂よりも硬度の高い材質で構成される。第一部材に対する第二部材の開閉によって、当接部材7の頂部15が山形カム部材9のカム面11aの頂部12を乗り越える。山形カム部材9及び当接部材7の頂部12,15が樹脂よりも硬度の高い材質で構成されているので、当接部材7の頂部15が山形カム部材9のカム面11aの頂部12を乗り越えるときに、両頂部12,15の摩耗を防ぐことができる。
