Abstract

移動通信システムにおける基地局装置であって、移動局装置から送信されたランダムアクセス用チャネルを受信する手段と、受信したランダムアクセス用チャネルの測定もしくは移動局装置からの報告によりランダムアクセス用チャネルの品質を取得する手段と、取得したランダムアクセス用チャネルの品質からランダムアクセス用チャネルパラメータを計算する手段と、得られたランダムアクセス用チャネルパラメータを在圏する全移動局装置へ報知する手段と、を備える。
