Abstract

 カメラシステムの利便性を高める。カメラシステム(1)は、交換レンズユニット(2)とカメラ本体(3)とを含んでいる。カメラ本体(3)のボディーマイコン(10)は、交換レンズユニット(2)が有するレンズ情報に基づいて、交換レンズユニット(2)が動画撮影に対応しているか否かを判断する。交換レンズユニット(2)が動画撮影に対応している場合、クイックリターンミラー制御部(36)はクイックリターンミラー(23)を撮像光学系Lの光路外へ退避させる。
