Abstract

Die erfindungsgemäße Steckverbindung zwischen einem flexiblen Bauteil und einem Kontaktstecker ist im Wesentlichen durch folgende Merkmale gekennzeichnet: a. das flexible Bauteil besteht aus wenigstens zwei übereinander liegenden und miteinander verbundenen, flexiblen Substratlagen, b. die Substratlagen sind innen liegend mit elektrischen Leiterbahnen versehen, c. der Kontaktstecker ein Steckergehäuse aufweist, in dem ein Kontaktelement angeordnet ist, d. in einem Randbereich des flexiblen Bauteils ist eine Öffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei im Bereich der Öffnung eine Anschlusslasche vorgesehen ist, die aus wenigstens einer Lasche der einen und wenigstens einer Lasche der anderen Substratlage besteht, e. wenigstens eine der beiden Substratlagen weist wenigstens eine Anschluss-Leiterbahn im Bereich der Öffnung auf und f. der Kontaktstecker ist zur Herstellung einer Kontaktierung mit dem flexiblen Bauteil derart ausgebildet, dass das Kontaktelement im Bereich der Öffnung zwischen die beiden Substratlagen eingeführt und mit der wenigstens einen Anschluss-Leiterbahn in Kontakt gebracht werden kann. Das Steckergehäuse sieht einen Schlitz vor, in den die Anschlusslasche des flexiblen Bauteils einsteckbar ist, wobei der Kontaktstecker Mittel aufweist, um die Laschen der beiden Substratlagen beim Einsteckvorgang auseinanderzuspreizen.
