- the agent is added to the prepared powder, mixed into a piece, and the block is fed into a roll calender to be pressed into a sheet having a thickness of 1 mm, and an adsorption plate having the above diamond particles is placed on the sheet, and pressed. Diamond is placed in the sheet, the adsorption plate is separated, and the sheet is cut into diamond serrations of 40 mm length and 15 mm width. Three such sawtooth layers are assembled and placed in a graphite mold to make a conventional diamond sawtooth.
