Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'agencement ordonné de particules abrasives (1) sur un outil de meulage (10), qui comprend les étapes consistant à : former une couche de substrat (11, 12, 13, 14) et un gabarit adsorbant (20), concevoir un gabarit à une seule couche (20) sur la base de l'exigence tactique des particules abrasives (1), telles que du diamant, etc., ledit gabarit (20) comportant une couche adsorbante qui peut adsorber les particules de diamant (1) sur le gabarit (20), placer ledit gabarit (20) sur la couche de substrat (11, 12, 13, 14), presser les particules de diamant (1) dans la couche de substrat (11, 12, 13, 14), de tellesorte que les particules de diamants (1) sont réparties en ordre dans la couche de substrat (11, 12, 13, 14). Ledit outil de meulage (10) est appliqué à l'extrémité de coupe d'un outil diamanté et d'outils diamantés servant à couper et à meuler plusieurs types de matériaux durs et friables, comme du granite, du marbre, du béton et du bitume, etc.
