Abstract

 フレーム種別判定部(15B)により、入力された当該映像通信のTSパケットに含まれるフレーム開始位置に基づいて、個々のフレームを構成するTSパケットの数を当該フレームのフレームデータ量として計数し、これらフレームのフレームデータ量の大小関係に基づきフレーム種別を判定し、映像品質推定部(15C)により、フレーム種別判定部(15B)で得られた各フレームのフレーム種別、記憶部(14)から読み出した当該エレメンタリストリームのフレーム構成(14A)、および当該映像通信のTSパケットから検出したTSパケットの損失状況に基づいて、当該映像通信に関する映像品質を推定する。
