Abstract

L'invention porte sur un nouveau polymère réticulant pour produire un gel de PVLA tout en maintenant les excellentes propriétés de celui-ci comprenant la biocompatibilité et la solubilité dans l'eau ; sur un procédé de fabrication du polymère ; et sur une utilisation du polymère. Le polymère réticulant est un polymère obtenu par réaction du N-p-vinylbenzyl-D-lactonamide représenté par la formule (I) : avec un dérivé de PEG ayant une double liaison réactive à chacune de deux extrémités ou plus.
