Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'aliments à base de céréales, destinés à l'alimentation animale humaine ou non humaine, dans lequel on façonne à froid de la matière première céréalière humide crue, dont un taux d'humidité est compris entre 15% et 35%, et préférentiellement entre 30% et 35%, ladite matière première céréalière humide étant ensuite mise en forme. L'invention permet de faire subir à environ 1/3 de la matière céréalière un étape de pré trempage ou de pré fermentation pour optimiser la disponibilité des minéraux. L'invention donne les combinaisons idéales des différentes catégories dé céréales selon leur pouvoir liant et viscosant. L'invention fournit un procédé qui permet de préserver au moins 20% des grains d'amidon à l'état natif.
