Abstract

Ein elektronisches Bauteil (1) für eine integrierte Mechatronik weist mindestens zwei Gehäuseteile, welche mindestens einen Gehäusedeckel (3) und eine elektrische Verbindung in Form einer Leiterplatte (4) zwischen im Gehäuseinnenraum angeordneten Bauteilen (12) und ausserhalb des Gehäuses liegenden Komponenten umfasst. Der Gehäusedeckel (3) ist direkt auf der elektrischen Verbindung (4) und/oder dem Gehäuseboden aufgeklebt und gleichzeitig ist eine Formdichtung vorgesehen, die erfindungsgemäß in einer Aussparung der Leiterplatte angeordnet ist. Auf diese Weise wird ein dauerhafter hermetisch abgedichteter Schutz der empfindlichen elektronischen Bauteile (12) ermöglicht.
