　サービスプロバイダによる利用条件バイトコード生成の自由度を担保しながら、利用条件バイトコードの動作を保証することができる端末装置を提供する。 　端末装置（３００）であって、ライセンス（１２００）は利用条件判定ロジックコード（１２０４）とバージョン番号（１２０２）とを含み、端末装置（３００）は、ライセンス（１２００）を取得するライセンス取得部（３０４）と、バージョン番号（１２０２）から利用条件判定ロジックコード（１２０４）が動作することを確認済みであるか否かを判定する利用条件検証部（３０２）と、利用条件判定ロジックコード（１２０４）が動作することを確認済みであると判定された場合に利用条件判定ロジックコード（１２０４）を実行する利用条件バイトコード実行部（３０３）と、利用条件判定ロジックコード（１２０４）に基づきコンテンツを再生するコンテンツ再生部（３０６）とを備える。
