Abstract

分析精度を担保したうえで、簡便性及び迅速性を兼ね備えたジチオカルバメート系農薬の分析方法を提供する。生薬もしくはこれを含む製剤又はこれらの処理物、酸触媒水溶液、L-システイン又はその塩、及び抽出用有機溶媒を反応容器に入れて密閉後、マイクロ波を照射し、生薬又はこれを含む製剤中に存在していたジチオカルバメート系農薬を二硫化炭素に分解し、前記有機溶媒へ分配抽出した後、分析することを特徴とするジチオカルバメート系農薬の分析方法。
