Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hartstoffkörper für herzustellende Formgussteile, die mit verschleißfesten Wirkflächen im Bereich ihrer Konturen auszubilden sind sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hartstoffkörpers. So wurde ein Hartstoffkörper mit einer offenporigen metallokeramischen Struktur geschaffen, wobei der Hartstoffkörper (2) einen mit der Kontur der Wirkfläche des herzustellenden Formgussteiles (1) übereinstimmenden Konturbereich besitzt, aus pulverförmigen Komponenten metallischer und nichtmetallischer Materialien besteht, dessen Hauptbestandteile 92 bis 80 Masse-% eines oder mehrerer Karbide der starken Karbidbildner W, Ti, Ta, Nb, V, Mo sowie Cr und 8 bis 20 Masse-% Co oder 85 bis 60 Masse-% der vorstehenden Karbide und 15 bis 40 Masse-% Ni sind.
