Abstract

 本発明は、高圧水素容器などに用いられる高圧水素耐圧部材の疲労設計を精度よく行うことを可能にすることを目的とする。  高圧水素ガス環境下にあるフェライト鋼製の高圧水素耐圧部材の疲労判定方法であって、前記フェライト鋼の大気中にて示される材質の引張強さSuが958~1144MPaの範囲にあり、かつ前記水素ガス環境圧力が45MPa迄の範囲において、前記高圧水素ガス環境下での疲れ破壊限界応力SH(MPa)を SH(MPa)=2577-1.8925×Su(MPa)の式(1)により求める。前記式(1)によって求められる疲れ破壊限界応力に基づいて前記高圧水素耐圧部材に対する高圧水素ガス環境の影響を判定する。
