Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Durchführung eines Druck- und Dichtheitstests vor einem Betanken eines Speicherbehälters (5) mit einem unter Druck stehendem, gasförmigen Medium, insbesondere Wasserstoff, bei dem ein Gaspufferspeicher (1), in dem das zum Betanken zu verwendende Medium gespeichert ist, über ein erstes Ventil (28) mit einem ein Rohrleitungsvolumen begrenzenden Rohrleitungsabschnitt (29) verbunden ist, der über ein zweites Ventil (31) und eine nachfolgende Tankzuleitung (34) mit dem Speicherbehälter (5) verbunden ist, wobei vor dem Betanken bei geöffnetem ersten (28) und geschlossenem zweiten Ventil (31) das Rohrleitungsvolumen auf einen vordefinierten Initialdruck mit Medium bzw. Wasserstoff aus dem Gaspufferspeicher (1) bedrückt wird, sodann das erste Ventil (28) geschlossen und das zweite Ventil (31) geöffnet wird, so dass lediglich in dem Rohrleitungsvolumen befindliches Medium bzw. Wasserstoff ein Tankventil (53) des Speicherbehälters (5) aufdrückt und in den Speicherbehälter (5) strömt.
