Abstract

 簡単でコンパクトな構成で、メンテナンスにも手間がかからない温度感応型クラッチ機構を提供することである。  内外輪1、2の間の環状空間に保持器3で保持して円周方向に配列した複数の係合子としての各ころ4を、板ばね5で内外輪1、2の間に食い込まない方向に付勢するとともに、板ばね5で付勢された各ころ4を、温度変化に感応して変形するバイメタル6で反対側へ押し戻すようにし、バイメタル6が変形したときに、各ころ4を外輪2の内径面に形成された傾斜カム面2aに食い込ませて内外輪1、2を係合させることにより、簡単でコンパクトな構成で、メンテナンスにも手間がかからない温度感応型クラッチ機構を提供できるようにした。
