Abstract

A process in which a steel sheet of high quality is obtained through, in static heating treatment, enhancing of the estimation precision for material quality model and enhancing of the precision of heating condition according to the same. There is provided a process for manufacturing a steel sheet through heating of steel sheet while controlling heating conditions to obtain a desired product, comprising setting heating conditions on the basis of result of comparison between measured material quality value at given position of the steel sheet and preset material quality target value at the given position of the steel sheet and comprising heating under the above heating conditions the given position of the steel sheet held in a static state.
