Abstract

　本発明の課題は、特定のプラズマ処理をラベルのヒートシール層に施すことによって、耐水性、対薬品性、耐久性に優れ、且つ非極性樹脂のみならず極性樹脂であるポリエチレンテレフタレートなどの成形体に対しても接着力の優れたインモールド成形用ラベル、及びそのインモールド成形用ラベルが貼着されたブロー成形体を提供することである。本発明は、各種の熱可塑性樹脂からなるブロー成形体に用いるインモールド成形用ラベルであって、ヒートシール層と基層とを含む積層樹脂フィルムを含有し、該ヒートシール層が以下の要件を満たすことを特徴とするインモールド成形用ラベル。 （i）大気圧近傍の圧力下にてプラズマ処理を施され、該インモールド成形用ラベルをブロー成形体に接着した後のブロー成形体とラベルとの接着力がドライ、耐水密着、対油密着のいずれにおいても２００～５００ｇｆ／１５ｍｍの範囲である、 （ii）表面粗さが、三次元中心面平均粗さ（ＳＲａ）として１～１０μｍである、 （iii）融点６０～１３０°Cの熱可塑性樹脂を含む。
