Abstract

 本発明の炭化水素油の製造方法においては、まず、水素の存在下、含酸素有機化合物及び非水溶性の含塩素化合物を含有する原料油と、多孔性無機酸化物を含有する担体並びに該担体上に担持された周期律表第VIA族及び第VIII族から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の金属を含んで構成される水素化触媒と、を接触させて、含酸素有機化合物の水素化脱酸素により炭化水素油及び水を生成させるとともに、非水溶性の含塩素化合物を水溶性の含塩素化合物に変換し、炭化水素油、水及び水溶性の含塩素化合物を含有する反応生成物を得る。次に、反応生成物から水溶性の含塩素化合物を含有する水を分離し、炭化水素油を含有する生成油を得る。
