Abstract

 使用ガス量が変化する器具の使用制限機能を適切に確保することを目的とする。  流量検出手段10と、流量演算手段11と、平均流量演算手段12と、平均流量値を記憶する流量格納手段13と、流量変化有無を判定する流量変化判定手段14と、流量変化判定手段14で増減変化のとき流量変化分を登録また流量変化分に近い登録流量を削除する流量登録手段15と、流量記憶手段16と、流量変化判定手段で変化があり最大流量のみが登録されている場合、過去削除された登録流量合計と平均流量とが所定範囲内かを判定する流量変化補正記憶手段17と、所定期間流量変化無と判定時流量記憶手段の流量と登録流量を削除し再登録する判定期間手段18と、監視値記憶手段19と、流量登録手段の流量値と監視値記憶手段の判定値を比較し異常有無を判定する異常判定手段20と、判定期間手段で再登録時補正信号を出力する使用時間補正手段22とからなる。
