Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein transdermales therapeutisches System (TTS), welches eine wirkstoffundurchlässige Rückschicht, eine Adhäsivschicht, welche eine Adhäsivkomponenteund den Wirkstoff Anastrozol oder dessen physiologisch verträgliches Hydrat, Solvat oder Salz gelöst in einer Konzentration von 0,1% (m/m) bis 30% (m/m), bezogen auf das Gewicht der Adhäsivschicht, enthält (wirkstoffhaltige Schicht) und eine hautseitige Abziehschicht, welche vor der Applikation des TTS entfernt wird, umfasst. Ebenso betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung dieses TTS.
