Abstract

　この発明は、シートバック（１１）の前倒れを前傾状態の位置で止めるストッパ（２）とストッパ操作機構（３）を有し、ストッパ操作機構（３）は、前倒用操作レバー（１５，１６）によって操作されて傾動する主傾動体（４）と、主傾動体（４）に対して傾動する従傾動体（５）と、これらを連結させる連結ばね（６）を有している。そして従傾動体（５）は、前倒用操作レバー（１５，１６）を操作した際に、連結ばね（６）から力を受けて主傾動体（４）とともに傾動して、ストッパ（２）を作用位置に移動させる。前倒用操作レバー（１５，１６）を操作したままストッパ（２）が作用位置から非作用位置に向けて押された際には、従傾動体（５）がストッパ（２）から力を受けて連結ばね（６）を弾性変形させ、ストッパ（２）とともに主傾動体（４）に対して傾動する。
