Abstract

 インバータ部(2)のスイッチング変化を高速にパルス検出すると共に、モータ残留電圧または位相を検出できる高速パルス(Vpu)検出と残留電圧(Vuv)または位相(Vphuv)検出の検出部を共通回路(4)として備え、回路構成を簡単化すると共に、低コスト化、装置の小型化を図ることができるインバータ装置とその出力電圧検出方法を提供する。  電圧検出部(3)と、前記電圧検出部(3)の出力である1相分の相電圧検出値と第1の基準電圧値(Vref1)との比較に基づいて高速パルス(Vpu)を検出する回路(U3)と、前記電圧検出部(3)の出力である2相分の相電圧検出値に基づいて線間残留電圧(Vuv)を検出する回路(U1)と、前記線間残留電圧(Vuv)と第2の基準電圧値(Vref2)との比較に基づいて線間位相(Vphuv)を検出する回路と、で構成されたインバータ出力電圧検出回路(4)を備えた。
