Abstract

 データ多重サブキャリア識別信号生成手段は、データ信号を多重するサブキャリアを識別するためのデータ多重サブキャリア識別信号を生成する。送信信号生成手段は、データ多重サブキャリア識別信号に従ってデータ信号をサブキャリアに多重することにより送信信号を生成する。ピーク低減送信信号生成手段は、データ信号が多重されないサブキャリアをピーク低減信号用に用い、データ信号が多重されるサブキャリアをピーク低減信号に用いない第1のピーク低減処理と、データ信号が多重されないサブキャリアとデータ信号が多重されるサブキャリアの両方をピーク低減信号用に用いる第2のピーク低減処理とを併用して、送信信号のピーク電力をピーク低減信号によって低減させることにより、ピーク低減送信信号を生成する。
