背景技术
蒸汽电熨斗具有喷蒸汽的功能, 由于蒸汽喷出时的压力较大,所以通常称为 蒸汽爆炸功能。该功能是通过以下方法实现的: 在电熨斗内设置一水箱, 在熨板 上设置一蒸汽形成室,水箱和蒸汽形成室之间通过一导水管连通,导水管上设有 水泵, 该水泵设有手动按压的驱动装置。使用时, 加热装置对熨板加热, 按动水 泵的驱动装置, 通过水泵将水箱内的水抽出, 经导水管喷入受热的蒸汽形成室, 形成的蒸汽从熨板底部的通孔喷出。
上述蒸汽电熨斗的缺点在于其手动按压装置操作不便,使用者每按一次该驱 动装置, 熨板底部才喷一次蒸汽, 不但费力, 而且蒸汽不连续, 影响使用效果。 发明内容
本发明提供一种使电熨斗喷蒸汽的方法及采用该方法的蒸汽式电熨斗,其主 要目的在于克服上述现有蒸汽电熨斗操作不便、 使用费力、 蒸汽不连续等缺点。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种使电熨斗喷蒸汽的方法, 包括: 1 )在电熨斗的水箱和熨板蒸汽形成室 之间的导水管路上设置水泵; 2)通过电机驱动该水泵连续动作, 以使水箱中的 水经导水管路连续射入该蒸汽形成室内; 3)通过加热元件对熨板进行加热, 使 射入蒸汽形成室内的水受热形成水蒸汽, 从熨板底部喷出。
前述一种使电熨斗喷蒸汽的方法,其水泵采用往复式水泵,所述电机的转动 输出经减速机构减速后,再转换为直线往复运动, 以带动该往复式水泵的活塞杆 进行往复式运动。
进一步地, 所述电机的转动输出经凸轮机构转换为往复式运动。

实施例一
参照图 1, 该蒸汽式电熨斗包括一壳体 1 , 该壳体 1用于将其它各部件组装 为一体, 以形成一完整的电熨斗, 该壳体 1包括一供手持用的手柄 2, 该手柄 2 连接于该壳体 1的前上方, 并向后延伸。 壳体 1下方安装有一熨板 3, 该熨板 3 的底面形成熨压衣物的熨烫面, 熨板 3上设有一蒸汽形成室 30, 该蒸汽形成室 30具有进水口 301和设于熨烫面的蒸汽喷孔, 该进水口 301可参照图 2所示, 由于视角的原因, 该蒸汽喷孔在图中未视出。

与实施例一不同之处在于: 参照图 3、 图 4和图 5, 凸轮机构 7、 电机 8和 二者之间的减速机构 78安装于壳体 1前上方的凸起部 11内, 该减速机构 78包 括与所述电机 8的输出轴固定的蜗杆 784、 与该蜗杆 784啮合的蜗轮 783、 与该 蜗轮 783同轴固定的初级齿轮 782以及与该初级齿轮 782啮合并与所述凸轮机构 7的转动轴固定的次级齿轮 781。 该初级齿轮 782的转轴 7821和次级齿轮 781 的转轴 7811架设于所述壳体 1前上方的凸起部 11内,并沿电熨斗的左右方向延 伸, 所述电机 8输出轴没上下方向延伸。 该减速机构 78起减速传动作用。 参照 图 5, 与实施例一相同, 水泵 5的活塞杆外伸端 53同样受凸轮机构 7的推动上 下动作, 以实现将水箱中的水打入蒸汽形成室内。
参照图 3, 手柄 2上设有一控制按钮 9, 用于控制所述电机 8的起停。
上述仅为本发明的两个具体实施方式, 但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此, 凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行 为。
工业实用性
本发明一种使电熨斗喷蒸汽的方法及电熨斗,是采用电机作为驱动水泵连续 动作的动力源, 使用方便, 设计合理, 具有良好的工业实用性。

权利 要 求 、 一种使电熨斗喷蒸汽的方法, 其特征在于: 是采用电机作为驱动水泵连续动 作的动力源; 包括-1 )在电熨斗的水箱和熨板蒸汽形成室之间的导水管路上设置水泵; 2)通过电机驱动该水泵连续动作,以使水箱中的水经导水管路连续射入该蒸 汽形成室内; 3)通过加热元件对熨板进行加热, 使射入蒸汽形成室内的水受热形成水蒸 汽, 从熨板底部喷出。 、 如权利要求 1所述的一种使电熨斗喷蒸汽的方法, 其特征在于: 所述水泵采 用往复式水泵, 所述电机的转动输出经减速机构减速后, 再转换为直线往复 运动, 以带动该往复式水泵的活塞杆进行往复式运动。 、 如权利要求 2所述的一种使电熨斗喷蒸汽的方法, 其特征在于: 所述电机的 转动输出经凸轮机构转换为往复式运动。 、 一种蒸汽式电熨斗, 其特征在于包括: 壳体, 用于将其它各部件组装为一体, 该壳体包括一供手持用的手柄; 熨板, 安装于壳体下方, 其底面形成熨压衣物的熨烫面, 熨板上设有一 蒸汽形成室, 该蒸汽形成室具有进水口和设于熨烫面的蒸汽喷孔; 加热装置, 用于对熨板及蒸汽形成室进行加热; 水箱, 安装于壳体内, 具有一加水口和一出水口, 该出水口与熨板的蒸 汽形成室的进水口之间通过导水管路连接; 水泵, 安装于上述导水管路上, 用于驱使水箱中的水经导水管路射入熨 板上的蒸汽形成室内; 电机, 安装于壳体上, 用于驱动水泵动作。 、 如权利要求 4所述的一种蒸汽式电熨斗, 其特征在于: 所述水泵为往复式水 泵, 其活塞杆外伸端设有一对该活塞杆进行往复式按压的凸轮机构, 该凸轮 机构的转动轴与所述电机输出轴通过减速机构转动连接。 、 如权利要求 5所述的一种蒸汽式电熨斗, 其特征在于: 所述壳体于活塞杆的 周围通过一围壁形成一滑槽, 该滑槽内设有一与活塞杆端部抵接的滑块, 所 述凸轮机构的凸轮周面与该滑块抵接。 、 如权利要求 4所述的一种蒸汽式电熨斗, 其特征在于: 所述加热装置包括埋 铸于所述熨板内的电热管, 以及与该电热管电连接并具有与熨板相抵接的感 温点的温控装置, 该温控装置设有用于调温的旋钮。 、 如权利要求 4所述的一种蒸汽式电熨斗, 其特征在于: 所述蒸汽形成室具有 弯曲管状的内腔, 其进水口和蒸汽喷孔分别位于其两端。 、 如权利要求 4所述的一种蒸汽式电熨斗, 其特征在于: 所述水箱设于该壳体 的前上部, 所述手柄设于该水箱上方并向后延伸, 所述水泵设于该水箱的顶 部, 其活塞杆于竖直方向延伸, 且其活塞杆外伸端朝上, 水箱的出水口连接 于水泵下方的进水口, 并且, 该出水口内侧连设有一向水箱内延伸至水箱底 的吸水管。0、 如权利要求 4所述的一种蒸汽式电熨斗, 其特征在于: 所述壳体上设有 控制该电机启停的按钮。
1、 如权利要求 4所述的一种蒸汽式电熨斗, 其特征在于: 所述减速机构包 括与所述电机输出轴固定的蜗杆、 与该蜗杆啮合的蜗轮、 与该蜗轮同轴固定 的初级齿轮以及与该初级齿轮啮合并与所述凸轮机构的转动轴固定的次级齿 轮。
、 如权利要求 11所述的一种蒸汽式电熨斗,其特征在于:所述初级齿轮的 转轴和次级齿轮的转轴架设于所述壳体上, 并沿电熨斗的左右方向延伸, 所 述电机输出轴没上下方向延伸。
