　有機ポリイソシアネート（ａ１）と、親水性ポリオール（ａ２）と、疎水性モノオール（ａ３１）及び疎水性ジオール（ａ３２）からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つとを反応させて得られるイソシアネート基末端プレポリマー（Ａ１）、並びに、炭素数４以上の直鎖状アルキル基及び直鎖状アルキレン基からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの基を有する希釈剤（Ｂ１）を含有する有機ポリイソシアネート組成物。
