Abstract

少なくとも1つの官能基を有する有機化合物(A)と、金属原子を中心とし、該金属原子に、少なくとも1つの官能基と加水分解性基とがそれぞれ直接にまたは連結基を介して結合した構造を有する無機化合物(B)を用い、前記有機化合物(A)が有する官能基と、前記無機化合物(B)が有する官能基との間に共有結合を形成し、前記無機化合物(B)の加水分解性基に加水分解反応を起こさせて金属酸化物を形成してなる構造を有する、有機無機ハイブリッド薄膜。
