Abstract

A magnetic sheet that while ensuring favorable magnetic properties and reliability, is improved in the resistance characteristics at being bent; a process for producing the magnetic sheet; and a relevant antenna and portable communications equipment. The magnetic sheet contains flattened magnetic powder and a resin binder soluble in a solvent. The magnetic sheet has the following characteristics. The content of magnetic powder and resin binder has a gradient with respect to the direction of thickness of the magnetic sheet. In use, the magnetic sheet is bent so that among the obverse and reverse surfaces of the magnetic sheet, the surface with a lower content of magnetic powder comes inside. Between the obverse and reverse surfaces of the magnetic sheet, the glossiness difference at an incident angle of 60° is 9.4 or greater.
