Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage destiné à contenir et à distribuer des produits à l'état liquide, visqueux ou pulvérulent, un procédé et un équipement d'obtention dudit emballage, formé d'un sac (2) et d'une boîte flexible (1, 1'). Le sac (2) présente une zone centrale indépendante (16), adjacente à une ligne de scellement supérieure horizontale (17), destinée à se déplacer de manière indépendante par rapport au reste du sac (2) grâce à ses deux lignes de coupe et de scellement obliques (18). Ladite zone centrale indépendante (16) présente un insert (19, 19') de versement du produit contenu et est assemblée à une zone de la boîte (1, 1') de manière qu'avec l'ouverture du bouchon de versement de la boîte (1, 1'), celle-ci tire sur la zone centrale indépendante (16) du sac (2), rendant accessible l'insert (19,19') de versement. L'invention permet la production de l'emballage à des vitesses industrielles, dans des conditions d'asepsie, favorisant une longue conservation du produit suite à l'ouverture initiale.
